I have used Climate Mechanical Solutions multiple times for 2 homes. Alex has always courteous, professional, and his services are reasonably priced. He is also informative and answers any questions I have.

They came right on time. They were friendly and answered any questions I had. They were patient with me as I dealt with my baby. They were quick and efficient and made sure not to leave before my new Heating system was installed completely and perfectly! I couldn’t be more happy with this company! I called Climate Mechanical Solutions for a Free Consultation as advertised on their website. They came and my new renter had switched off a switch. They quickly realized this and no repair was needed. They did however charge $132 for their time. Wouldn't not use again. Be warned - not free consultation. Lost a customer for sure.

I had Alex come out for what I thought would be an ac repair but there were too many things going wrong, and with me having done AC repairs twice already with another company that failed, Alex suggested that a full AC replacement would be the best way to go. I didn’t really want a new air conditioner but I also wanted peace of mind that I wouldn’t need to keep having repairs done.

Alex set me up with a new unit by Carrier and it’s working like a charm, it’s finally cool in my house again! Alex was great to work with, quick to get out and get this done for me, very fair pricing, and great communication and customer service throughout. Alex and Climate Mechanical Solutions is definitely my new “go to” HVAC company, two thumbs up for sure!

In late Nov 2021, we called upon Master Tech to investigate a water leak in our driveway. With short notice they came and evaluated the problem in the alley of our townhome complex. They brought equipment and set to work repairing the water input line. As they worked, bigger problems arose and they professionally handled the situation, bringing in more piping needed. The entire project was completed with water restored to service for all townhomes involved. We were kept informed as the project progressed. We will be using these folks again for our next project. We have also advised our homeowners to consider getting estimates from them when replacing A/C and furnaces due to their proficiency and professionalism.

This company is experienced and professional! Alex is excellent and is very informed when it came down to installing the heating system in our home last Winter. This company has earned our trust. The quality of Alex's work, timely installation, and he answered every question we asked him. Thank You very much!!! A++++ service. I highly recommend them!!!
