Hired Laguna to do all my A/C repairs for Northcreek Apartments and has never let me down. Very prompt and reliable and extremely affordable compared to other companies out there. The staff is very friendly and always go above and beyond expectations to ensure all work is done correctly the first time. Highly recommend Laguna for any commercial or residential needs.

Have a rental property that had the A/C go out on renters. Called several HVAC companies and unfortunately this time of year everyone is booked several days out. I contacted Luis the owner and they managed to squeeze me in. Customer service was on point and they did not take advantage of my desperate situation. Honesty, integrity, and quality service...I recommend these guys!!!

In the beginning I was very impressed with this company but now I am completely unimpressed. They never finished the job, they ignored my countless calls, left the ladder in my shower, knocked the shower curtain rod down and left it and left the attic door off. Serious hazard for this handicapped 70 year old. When I reported them to the Better Business Bureau, they told them that they kept in contact with me (nope!) and that they didn’t leave the place like that (I have photos to prove it). Do not waste your money like I did! They’ll take it all and not do what they claim they will do.

I guess you always get what you pay for, ac pipes freeze up and it stops working so I have to turn it off until pipes melt, I can't have it lower than 72, we've been calling them for over a month but they never show up to fix it
