Heatwave HVAC

Heatwave HVAC was extremely responsive to our needs both in the areas of materials and service and competitive with pricing. They were respectful of our home and us. They returned several times to make sure all of our questions were answered & to make sure both of our furnaces and all of our thermostats were working correctly. Highly recommend them.

Heatwave HVAC did an outstanding job. They came when they said they would and repaired my Air Condition system which was constantly going on and off. Greg the service technician was efficient, professional and helpful. And their price was very reasonable too. I highly recommend them Heatwave HVAC.

I highly recommend heatwave HVAC. We had an emergency situation in which we contacted heatwave HVAC and within an hour we had an appointed scheduled and our problem was resolved later that day. The service technicians were very friendly, respectful, and even wore booties over the work boots so that they wouldn't drag any dirt into our home. Very happy that we used this company and now they have a customer for life!

I’ve used Heatwave HVAC for my heating and cooling needs since i built my house was and their service has been excellent. They are very responsive and their technicians are very knowledgeable and professional. They are of great help and their charges are very reasonable. I would definitely recommend them.

Our air conditioning stopped functioning during an early spring heat wave. The 2 guys sent out, were on time, courteous, knowledgeable and very sweet. They were respectful of our home and garden. We got a prompt quote, a quality product and we are very happy.

Called Heatwave Friday when I realized that my AC wasn't working after the 105 degree day we had. Spoke with "Nate" who took down my info for someone to come out Monday and said a technician would call me back. Did not hear from anyone the remainder of the day so I attempted to reach them Monday morning.called 4 times Monday morning with no answer, so I called another company (Premier Comfort) who got me scheduled for the very next day and actually showed up). I tried calling 2 more times yesterday evening and I am still attempting to contact Heatwave this morning after no callback and a no show on Monday to make sure I am not on their books since they do tack on a $150.00 trip charge. There has been no answer after 3 attempts this morning.

Not sure how long these guys have been in business but they had better get their act together. I am always willing to give the new guy a chance. They had theirs. HVAC is a very competitive, consumer dependent, time sensitive service. If they treat other potential customer this way, they won't be in business long. Hmmmmmm, maybe that's why I can't get ahold of them.

Alex came over and provided superb customer service and repair. He was incredibly thorough and after doing several diagnostic tests, was able to find the issue and provided us with several options to consider without pushing us. He was professional, courteous, and despite the late hour at night, took the time to explain everything. Greatly appreciate the help.

They are great professionals very responsive to questions/concerns. We have a maintenance service contract with them and we are very pleased with the service they do for us every year. Outstanding!!

These guys are very reliable.They came out came very quickly when I called them to repair my AC system.They came right on time and had my problem resolved in less than an hour.The technicians were very professional and polite.I was very impressed and would definitely recommend them.
