    As a Realtor I have used Greeley Furnace to have a furnace replaced, have maintenance completed, etc. Scott, the owner, just blew me away this past month as did the service manager. I had tried another company to supposedly save my Seller some money for a routine service and maintenance. That company red flagged the furnace and it took many steps to remove that red flag. Scott and Greeley Furnace was our savior. And learning that Scott is a veteran makes me more determined to always use Greeley Furnace. Kate Howell - RE/MAX Alliance, Greeley, CO

    I recently bought a new furnace and A/C. The installers, Richard and Diego were great. They were friendly and I immediately felt at ease with them. They also very professional, with a good work ethic and their quality of work was magnificent. They had the easy confidence of people who knew what they were doing. I would definitely recommend Greeley Furnace for all your heating and cooling needs.

    I just used Greeley Furnace Co.'s services for the first time today and and very happy with their service. Boiler-based heating system stopped working in a rental property I own. They answered the phone professionally, and were able to give me a window that started just 2 hours from the time I called. Their representative was actually there even sooner. Upon dispatch, I received a text message that provided me a picture and profile of my representative, which made the visit more comfortable. Problem was diagnosed quickly and able to be fixed onsite. Fair price and friendly service.

    Special Shout Out!

    I’ve been having problems with my heating and cooling for a very long time. I’ve called multiple services to see about getting things done and they’ve all given different opinions. I was about to give up, but this company sent a man named Rob to my house who was dead set on getting the issue resolved. If there was a new issue that would show up, he would not only inform me right away, with no signs of excuses, but he flawlessly took care of all issues I had. He was also super genuine and kind. I have heat and a/c now because of you! I appreciate that. Thank you Greeley Furnace Co, but a special thank you to Rob!

    Really disappointed that after having an urgent service appointment scheduled they called 1hr before service time to cancel. Was told it was too cold to troubleshoot AC, when in fact my problem was with neither the heat or AC coming on. With freezing temps coming and a tenant without heat, I had asked to still have a technician come out to at least take a look. Was flat out told "No" they would not send anyone.
    Another wonderful company in town told me they would be happy to take a look, even though there would be limitations to what they could troubleshoot with the AC. Due to their help, my tenant now has heat on this chilly day!
    Really unimpressed Greeley Heating and Air was unwilling to even send a tech out for a scheduled appointment.

    We have used Greeley Furnace twice this year. The first was this summer when our A/C quit working. The technician who came out was prompt, knowledgeable and professional. We told us we just needed a new compressor, and didn’t try to sell us a new unit, cleaned it up and recommended until the unit just died to replace. The second time was this past week, routine maintenance on the furnace/ humidifier system. Again the technician was prompt, friendly and knowledgeable. We moved into a home with a 20+ year old system and explained how our humidifier worked, when we would need to change the filter, and tuned up the furnace. Never once tried to sell us something we didn’t need. We will continue to use Greeley Furnace for our HVAC needs. Their staff truly makes the difference!

    Called Greeley Furnace on 9/1 as my AC stopped working and they put me on the schedule to send out a tech that Afternoon. Received a text message that Mark was on his way and arrived at the scheduled time. He went right to work diagnosing the problem and quickly found the problem. He then reviewed the cost to repair it and approved the repair it. About 40 minutes from arrival to repair. Great job Mark.
    Greeley Furnace installed my furnace and AC 18 years ago when I built this home and this is the first problem I have ever had with the AC and only one minor problem with the furnace. Because I have had a maintenance agreement with Greeley Furnace all these years and they come twice a year check out and service my furnace and AC I believe this why I have some few problems. Greeley Furnace is a reapable company and I would encourage you to contact them to do your repairs or when you need a new furnace or AC.

    I have used Greeley Furnace for a number of years for maintenance of both air conditioning and heating. They have saved me from breakdowns and more expensive repairs by making sure everything is in the best working condition as well as thoroughly cleaning the equipment. Their customer service is excellent whenever I speak to them by phone or in person. They take photos to show before and after of any repairs necessary. They keep appointment times, email a photo of the technician when that person is on the way and the technician also calls when 10-15 minutes away. I highly recommend them.

    My experience is 2-fold.
    My AC was not pushing out any cool air. The first tech checked my air filter (which clearly was dirty, but he said it was fine). Also did a diagnostic check inside/ outside. Said my freon was fine-- which it was not. Got alittle cool air, then it died the next day.i called back on Fri. Mark Martinez came earlier than I expected. He pulled the air filter out & cool air started coming thru my vents!! He said "this should have been changed. Clearly, it's dirty & was warped from the blower trying to push cool air thru."
    Then he checked my freon level. It was alittle low, so he put in 1 lbs of refrigerant.
    Thank you Mark for getting it right!! You are very knowledgeable & a huge asset to the company!!!
    Your other tech needs more training in diagnosing problems.
    I am now very satisfied & pleased with my service . Mark is excellent.

    I have used Greeley Furnace for many, many years. Today I needed to have a new furnace installed. Keith was extremely helpful in helping me decide exactly what I needed. He did not try to persuade me to spend more. Today Richard installed the furnace. As has been true with every tech I have had to my home, he was very professional, friendly, and hard working. I would never use another company. Thank you, Greeley Furnace!
