I wanted to see is anyone is having problems getting a call back from Walrath. I have used them for 23 years and lately, I cannot get them to call me back to schedule an appt to finish the work they started. Are the still in business???

We've used Walrath exclusively for over a decade. They did a complete spec and upgrade of our HVAC systems about 4 years ago and it's been great since. They do all our maintenance and on the rare occasion when repair is required they do it at fair prices. Their techs are extremely professional, arrive promptly and know their stuff. We are very discerning, and they are simply the best in the business.

This company refuses to pay their sub contractors. Not sure they are even in business anymore. No answers to their office. They've owed us money for over a year now and will not pay. Ben Franzen and Dan Ostrom where you at?

Dan is very up-front about prices. We also use them for our spring and fall heating and a/c service. Great price for two visits.

The service at Walrath is as good as it gets!
Over the past two years, I've had the pleasure of using Walrath to service the furnace and AC in two different properties that I own in Arvada. They are professional from stem to stem.
It's easy to schedule an appointment, the technicians are always on time (or call to let you know of a delay) and best of all, they take care of maintenance and repairs without trying to scare you into buying a new furnace or AC or whatever. I've had great experiences with two different technicians over the past two years. They are really an excellent company! Thanks so much to Allen who took care of both AC units today!

My dad heater went out on a weekend.
The guy told my dad 200 a hr. He told my dad he had another appt close by and would be over shortly. After he checked it out seen the thermostat went out and replaced it. He charged my dad $303 for 1.5 hr when he was there for 20
minutes. He also told my dad he lives in Parker and my dad had to pay for his commute when your office is a mile away. Please call my dad. He is 90 yrs old and on a fixed income. This seems like you are taking advantage of him since he was there only 20 min and the invoice show 1.5 hr.

No return calls, missed service appt, contact email not working. We have an annual service contract with them. We have used them for the past few years with no issues and good service and now all of a sudden they are MIA - not good!!!

I'm very happy with the new A/C unit and installation completed by Walrath Heating and Air Conditioning. I wanted a good A/C unit at a fair price with a warranty. Walrath provided that as well as excellent customer service & technicians. I highly recommend using Walrath!

thermastate not calling for heat. code system did not show any deficiences. checked the thermostate and was not making contact to furnace. and new therostate was not needed. when thermostate put back together it work fine. the service tech came looked at it did not do anything and charged me 303. if he had looked at the code he would of known what was wrong and took it apart for nothing and charged me $303 for taking my furnace apart and did not know what was wrong. I fixed it myself.

I own a couple of rental condos and a home. Walrath maintains the HVAC on all of them as well as the properties my Partner has. We find them to be well priced, honest, reliable and very responsive when anything goes wrong. On top of all of that their technicians are just that! Technicians not salesmen pretending to be technicians like most of the companies out there. They try to fix things first but when it is time for a replacement they provide a good price and top quality equipment. Today Alan and Aaron had their work cut out cut them. No problem for these guys!! Happy birthday Alan!!
