AC wasn't cooling. Jeremy got it back up and working promptly. Blue Spruce was great to deal with. Very responsive and professional. They'll be my go-to HVAC service from now on. I had a commercial garage space that needed cooling for the summer. I have had a similar system in another location with multiple AC heads in another garage. Jeff at Blue Spruce recommended just one. Truthfully l was so sure that just one unit would do the job.
Once installed, the one unit was just the ticket to cool the garage area of my company saving me money.
The technicians who did the install were professional and answered any questions that l had quickly and simply.

Blue Spruce replaced my furnace and added air conditioning to my home a year ago. The owner, Jeff, was helpful, knowledgeable and not pushy. They came on time, worked with what I wanted to have happen, were professional and and exceed my expectations. This spring they came back to do a check on my furnace and AC for the season. I did a lot of research before choosing a company and this is a great one.

Blue Spruce is a family owned company and they are amazing. The owners, Jeff and Allison have a team of highly trained technicians who are knowledgeable, professional and talented. We have used them for our nonprofit business for years, and they've never let us down. They have done everything from installation of a brand new rooftop unit all the way down to Minor repairs. We had Jeremy as our technician and he was excellent, extremely professional and thorough. He diagnosed the issue with our furnace within a matter of minutes and was able to get us fixed and up and running without trying to exaggerate any issues or sell us anything we didn't need (which I am always wary of). I also really appreciated how he gave me a detailed explanation of his diagnostic process and general tips that made me better equipped to fix these myself in the future. Highly recommend!

Excellent experience. One of my tenants, Mandi, recommended that I call Blue Spruce Heating and Cooling when I had problems with two of my HVAC units. I'm so glad she knew about them. I was able to schedule an appointment for the next day. Adam, the technician, solved my heating problem within an hour and even taught me what I needed to do to better maintain the units. My tenants and I were happy to have the heat back on!

In the past, I have dreaded dealing with heating problems-- because they are expensive and time consuming. This was not my experience with Blue Spruce. These guys are excellent. Very professional, knowledgeable and kind! They all went above and beyond to make sure the job got done, even with a couple curveballs that my house decided to throw at them. Will definitely be using Blue Spruce again in the future for any home needs I have!
