Can't say enough good stuff about Joe at Comfort Craft. Quick response, good communication, friendly, affordable and no BS! He charged $284 for a fix that another outfit said was a lost cause and would require a whole new AC AND Furnace for $10-$20K! We'll never use anyone but Joe when the time comes to replace them both.

I can't praise Comfort Craft enough and give them my highest recommendation. I had another HVAC company out to look at my AC unit that had stopped working and they told me it wasn't worth fixing and that I needed a brand new unit for around $15,000. I decided to get a second opinion and got a high recommendation from my UPS guy to call Comfort Craft HVAC. Thank god I did. Joe, from Comfort Craft was able to slot me in right away and was very timely and professional. After about 5 minutes, Joe was able to diagnose the issue; the fan had stopped working because I needed a new capacitor and a new panel. Joe swapped both parts out and I was up and running in under an hour at an extremely reasonable price. Great experience all around. I highly recommend Comfort Craft.

Joe at Comfort Craft did an amazing job replacing my boiler. He was responsive, honest, fairly priced, and actually cared about getting the job done right. I confidently recommend Joe to anyone looking for any heating or cooling services.

Joe at Comfort Craft was friendly, professional, and managed to squeeze us in between appointments when our boiler stopped working. He was great at communicating and loved on your dog- even with all the barking!! He even came on a Sunday, which is more than we could’ve asked for. Would highly recommend using Comfort Craft!! Thanks Joe!

We need our furnace moved, Joe came out gave us some options, since the prices were reasonable we talked about doing some additional work. When we decided to stick with just the hvac work Joe got hard to get a hold of, when I told him that the city requires a permit and a drawing for moving the hvac he vanished. The disappearing contractor stereotype is alive and well here.
