I cannot say enough good things about Stone Heating and Air. We had a new AC, High Efficiency Heater and Water Heater installed. Every aspect of our business together was conducted with honesty, integrity and impeccable five star service. As far as we are concerned, Stone Heating and Air will be the one and only company that we will use.

John came out on a freezing cold Sunday to troubleshoot my furnace which had failed. He stayed until it was fixed and working reliably! Very grateful for his professional work and expertise. As the new homeowner, he walked me through the furnace system and answered all my questions - very helpful! I will definitely use his services in the future.

My furnace went out with an overnight low of 10 degrees. John Stone was able to work me into the schedule and get me taken care of, with a correctly sized furnace for my home, right away. He showed up with two of his employees, who got right to work tearing the old furnace out while John went to pick up the new one. Once he returned the whole appointment took less than three hours, they did a great job, were very professional and actually took the time to clean up when they were done. I would highly recommend this company for any HVAC needs.

John and his team installed ductless mini splits in all three of our bedrooms and our downstairs living room. They were great in communication and getting our top of the line Mitsubishi systems as quickly as possible. They worked quickly, efficiently and clean! We really appreciate them taking such good of care of us just in time before summer. They also were very affordable after comparing multiple company estimates and did not try to sell us on more than what we needed. 5 stars!

John Stone responded right away to my message. Fixed the ignitor in my mom's furnace within the hour for under $200 when another company (One Hour) said it needed replaced completely. I'd highly recommend this company!

Stone responded rapidly and assessed our situation. The installation was professional and completed in one day. The technicians were pleasant and had an excellent work ethic, hard to find today. They were very knowledgeable about equipment available to fit our needs. A couple simple options were laid out for us but there was no unnecessary upgrades offered and there was no sales pressure. We appreciated their honesty and outstanding attitude and have no reservations recommending Stone Heating and Air Conditioning.

Our heater and air conditioner had been tuned up by another company and we were given a large estimate for repair so we called Stone for a second opinion. The opinion he gave us was HONEST, without dissing the other company, he explained how he saw our situation and why he saw it that way along with his recommendations for solving our issue. His explanation of the other companies findings along with his suggestions for our next steps is why we will be using Stone as we move forward with our heating/ac needs.

Happy to report after calling many HVAC people in my area, John was the only one who called back, had great follow-through, and made sure we had the right furnace and A/C for our home. He came out and inspected first and while sharing our options, made sure I was clear on the differences and benefits. Highly recommend John Stone and his team and most definitely will use them again!
