We had a new Heater, A/C and Humidifier installed. Many people were involved but Steel was the man who organized and led the group. I thought the entire team was respectful and courteous to us. The workmanship and final results were amazing. I've known Swan had a good reputation, now I know why. Thank you Steel and the entire Swan team.

I don't write many reviews, but I wanted to give my recommendation for Swan Heating & Air. From start to finish, they were extremely professional. They quickly solved my problem and the cost of the service provided was a great value. I also want to praise Russell K., the technician who performed the work. He has great customer service skills to match his expertise. It was one of the most pleasant service visits I have had in a long time, which is saying a lot because we all know that having to call for service is a very unpleasant thing to do.

I needed a new hot water tank gave them a call on Memorial day. A young man came out gave me a bid made a comment as he was leaving that I should have headed. The following day they came out replacing the hot water tank. The young man that replaced the water heater had no respect for me as a woman and a homeowner. He did damage to the closest door and did not leave things as he found them. I believe I was there first installation that morning and he should up in dirty clothes. That should have been my first clue. He was very unprofessional with his appearance and with my home I would recommend them for any job.

Swan delivered an excellent result and an outstanding experience in replacing and upgrading our furnace, air conditioner, humidifier, hot water heater, and thermostat. The office contact was professional and responsive. Micah was very helpful in explaining all our options and tradeoffs, and providing a clear and fair quote, with timely responses. Zachary and Pete did high quality installation work throughout, while being consistently courteous, professional, and respectful, patiently answering all our questions. Overall, we had an excellent experience with Swan for our HVAC purchases and installations, along with a new hot water heater. Would definitely recommend Swan and use them again.

DO NOT USE SWAN HEATING AND AC FOR YOUR HVAC NEEDS!!!!!!!! If I could give 0 stars I would. My ac went out a few weeks back. I had technician Dustin Davis out who at first seemed like a stand up professional. He lied about the condition of my unit and was very manipulative. He said “ this is the absolute worst part of my job I hate having to tell people we can’t repair the unit” and quoted me 7k for a new unit saying it was beyond repair. I luckily had another company come out they deduced that I had a bad breaker $30 part and $200 in labors. My ac is working great now with no issues. The Tec Dustin also told me my unit was not under warranty where as the new company told me if it were to breakdown my warranty is still good for the next two years. Terrible company absolute scammers. Would not recommend. Will be filing a complaint with the better business bureau.

Excellent service and experience! Both Mike Garofalo and Curran Dunne were knowledgeable, informative, professional, and respectful on space and time. They also had some good input for us on future maintenance and were fast! This was our first time with Swan and we would highly recommend both the business and these two men for maintenance, repair, and installation.

As it turned out I didn't need the service that was scheduled. I was going to have the dryer vent cleaned out. After using the camera inside the vent it was determined it wasn't necessary. Troy was the tech and was very honest with me about the vent not needing cleaning. Give that man a raise!

Hired Swan for a furnace tune up. Great experience all around from scheduling it on the phone with a coupon to the service. Russell did a great job showing me what he saw and walking me through his findings on the report. He even offered to come back later in the day to explain it all to my husband as well. 10/10 recommend!

I was most impressed. Every person I have dealt with from start to finish has been extremely professional, up-front, and reliable. I was treated with the greatest respect and felt very comfortable with all suggestions and the quality of work. I can only recommend this company. Thank you so much and good job!!

Because of a problem with my right hand I will limit my response. Very impressed with Isaac. He did a very good job with explanation of what he was going to be doing. Impressed with his sending me a picture of himself for ID. Overall great experience. I would highly recommend this company and Isaac.
