Being a Real Estate Agent, I have met many HVAC Technicians and certainly have my pick to refer to my clients or use at my personal residence. Without a doubt, the most reliable, trust worthy and responsive is Taufiq and his team. They are always reasonably priced, on-time and extremely professional to all of my clients and deliver excellent results.

Taufiq and Raji were extremely responsive when we recently had a problem with our gas fireplace. Taufiq scheduled a service call within a reasonable amount of time and handled all billing for us. Raji came to our home, took great care to cover his work space with a drop cloth, answered all of our questions in a courteous manner, and fixed the problem for us. Also, Raji followed up with us for a week to ensure the problem was completely fixed before completing an invoice for us. I would highly recommend Royal Bengal to anyone needing similar services.

We have used Parker Service Company a number of times to repair and replace our air conditioner and hot water heaters for our home and rentals. In my view Taufig and Raja have done a great job for us. They are honest and trustworthy.

The owner of Royal Bengal, Taufiq Raihan, places honesty above profit. I called At Parker Service Company to provide me an estimate of installing an additional heater vent in our master bedroom as the room is colder than the rest of the house. Taufiq came out to my house and after surveying the situation said that there may be a better solution than an additional vent. Our bedroom is on the north west corner of the house, has a cathedral ceiling (i.e. not much room for insulation) there is no return vent, it is quite far from the furnace and there are two turns in the duct work to get to the bedroom (which Taufiq explained causes a 30% loss in air flow with each turn). Given these factors Taufiq said an additional vent would probably not provide sufficient additional heat to the room. Instead, he recommended that we hire an electrician to run a dedicated line to a wall mounted electric heater - and use our ceiling fan to push down some of the warmer air gathering in the high ceiling. I thanked Tuafiq for his recommendation and offered to pay him for coming out for the estimate and his advice. He thanked me but politely declined my offer. This company has been out to my home at least twice in the past five years, and they have come out the day I called. Once in the winter I woke up to no heat, Royal Bengal was out to fix the problem in two hours and found a circuit board malfunction. Although my heater is quite old they didn't try to sell me the latest, they just fixed it and there's been no problem with it since. Another time they were out when my water heater was on the fritz, I do need another one because its filled at the bottom and the capacity is diminished, I will call them when I decide sto make a replacement.

During the process of my business expansion, I had procured a pre-furnished apartment on sale in Little Ton, which needed some refurbishing, including the AC units. A neighbor had recommended the air conditioning services of At Parker Service Company and I agreed to get them involved.
Unlike a few other professionals who had asked me to pay steep charges for AC servicing and maintenance and even suggested doing away with the old AC units, I was fairly surprised when the experts of At Parker Service Company said that just one unit needs to be replaced and gave me a reasonable quote. I hired them right away and they removed the old AC and installed a new unit one that I bought from them. What’s more, they cleaned up the entire place with no signs of any installation mess strewn around.
The air conditioning repair experts also did a thorough over hauling and replaced some of the parts. To my surprise, the air conditioning repair cost was so minimal that I opted for their annual plan for air conditioning maintenance.
In fact, I plan to utilize their friendly services for my future business units in Aurora, and Englewood too as I’m more than happy with their speedy professional work and courteous attitude.
