I have to say Jesse showed up like he said he would to give me an estimate on a new furnace and central air system within an hour had the bid emailed to me and Jasen had me on the phone and had me scheduled for an appointment 3 days later not to melntion had us scheduled on a Saturday. The installers were very polite, very clean, with the uninstall of the old and installing the new. They were on time and were not all day doing it. The finished result was better than I expected. I am a new customer for life, and if you're in the need for heating air conditioning or just electrical, I 100% recommend this company. Not to mention their bid beat 2 other bids in price saving me over $3000 a win win, in my opinion. Thanks Mccormick's for being amazing honest dependable and a pleasure to do business with.

McCormick came to our house to install a humidifying unit on our HVAC + improve the venting of our water heater + heating.

The latter was a particularly difficult issue due to the house layout. Our technicians had a wealth of knowledge that they used to find the best path for safely venting the two systems in a way that was aesthetically pleasing + functional.

The work is clean, they clearly know what they are doing - I would definitely call them again.

We had a new furnace installed last year my you guys and the team was so great we knew we wanted to have them back out for our yearly system maintenance. We wanted to give a shoutout to Ron, who was are service tech today- he was on time, knowledgable, and his quality of work was great! Highly recommend.

I will reccomend this company to everyone. Yesterday, Justin came all the way to longmont to install my mother in laws A/C. Which involved him coming into the basement where my family is currently residing with my toddler son. The entire time Justin was here my son was infatuated with him, watching his every move. Although he had a lot of work to do; Justin was so sweet to my son. Being patient and kind while he watched in awe. He didnt have to be, but he was all while doing a hard job in the cold wet rain. He was always smiling and a joy to have here. I wish we could hire him to do more .

Very pleased with the coordination between scheduling and installation; all their staff were cordial, informative, and proficient. At the end of each work day, the crew cleaned up and were cognizant to prepare the work area against potential hazards and messes. The office staff - Brittany, Sam, and their VP Taylor were so pleasant and informative to work with. 10/10 recommend McCormicks

McCormick Heating and Cooling is simply the best in Northern Colorado. You should look no further. Josiah, Cruz and all the technicians that have been into my home throughout the years are respectful, they clean up after themselves, and they provide the best service.

My ac condenser is still in peices. Their tech said it doesn't matter how it looks the a/c works. The techs were terrible. The people in the office were great.

I would not use them again ever.

Two thumbs up! We had an intermittent loss of heat issue. Tom, McCormick's tech, nailed the problem quickly and explained the issue thoroughly. But the great experience started with the office staff - also great to work with. Great communication and follow through. Fast, friendly, efficient. I highly recommend

I had a drainage issue that has been tricky to address and chose McCormick as recommended by the HOA maintenance team and glad I did as they were awesome and very responsive in getting someone out despite it being short notice. Highly recommend Cruz - he is super professional and knowledgeable! Will definitely ask for him again in the future should I have any issues in the future.

These guys are real crooks. American Home Shield sent them out for a warranty repair over a month ago. At that point we had not had AC for 5 days. The technician they sent out complained about a bush next to the ac unit. I trimmed it on the spot so he had room to work. He changed a capacitor for the AC condenser fan and the AC fan kicked on. I asked him if the rest of the unit was fine and if he was going to check the freon levels. He said that he was sure nothing else was wrong and he didn't need to do any more checks. I was so ecstatic that we finally had AC after 5 days of 95 degree weather that I tipped the technician a $100 bill. I have interior and exterior security camera recordings of all the interactions and all the conversations.

Few hours later the AC stopped working. I called the technician and he said he'd get me back on the schedule and they would call me from the office. This was a lie. When I didn't get a call back I called the front office the next day. She outright said they wouldn't come out and I had to go back to American Home Shield.

We have now spent a month without AC. Partially because American Home Shield are even bigger crooks than these guys.

However, I've found out later how McCormick made it worse. I've had 3 contractors come out and take a look at the AC unit and provide repair estimates. The evaporator coil is leaking freon inside the house, the blower motor is leaking oil, and the condenser fan is burnt out... Because, guess what?! The new capacitor installed on the unit by McCormick is a higher amperage than the fan motor is rated for. So in addition to not doing a thorough job the first time and checking the unit for all the problems it had, the technician likely installed an incompatible part and fried the motor. Then they refused to take the service call to come out and repair/replace the system.

I would avoid these guys. They've more than shown me what they're about.
