1st Time Heating and Cooling LLC

I hired this company to install Central Air in my new home. I don't think I've ever had a more dedicated and pleasant workman in my life. He followed through with everything he said he was going to do and he willingly worked around my crazy work schedule. Even came on a Sunday to finish up the work because bad weather kept him from finishing on the day he installed. He is a very pleasant man to work with and very knowledgeable. I can't recommend him enough. You want the work done quickly and right, this is the company to go with.

When our house was built a few years before we purchased, they must have picked the cheapest set up they could find for heating /cooling. Luckily (after having to repeat the lesson a couple times 😒) we found Mark, who is extremely knowledgeable and service focused, to keep us running reliably through the seasons. I highly recommend this company to anyone!

Highly, HIGHLY recommend Mark. Came out today to give me a second opinion on a supposed need for replacement - there’s nothing wrong with my system. We have a kiddo at home with extra needs and have to be very careful about the temperature in the house. Apart from being a smidge low on freon, it’s absolutely fine and still kicking strong at 18 years old! He didn’t even charge me for the bit of freon he did put in. Mark is extremely knowledgeable and honest. He has done multiple repairs for me over the years and most recently a full a/c install. His work is quality and pricing is fair. Absolute straight shooter and I won’t recommend anyone else for all HVAC needs.

If you want true and honest service from an HVAC company in this town this is your go to. Both heating and cooling. At least 10 times in 3 years Fesmire sent his guys out and swapped out my capacitor on my condenser. Every time it would stop working again within 3 - 6 weeks.....another call and another service charge. I called Mark with 1st Time, and haven't swapped it once since. The previous company had the capacitor wired wrong the whole time, purposely apparently to have another chance to come out and swap it again. Very poor and unprofessional. 1st Time also swapped out the heat exchanger on my Trane furnace on a weekend when others said the only option was to replace the entire unit at an unreal price tag. Veteran owned and operated, and will take care of the issue correctly the first time you see them. 10 out of 10.

Was having issues with my A/C.. Called Mark. He came out. Troubleshooted the problem. Explained to me why and what needed to be replaced. I recommend him to all my friends and family. He will get it right the first time. As a fellow veteran myself. I support locally owned veteran businesses.Definitely give him a call if you’re having A/C and heating problems

We hired Mark, who advertises "We get it right the first time" He came and charged us $85 to do a diagnostic. He then found what he thought would fix the hot water issue with our Boiler. He Charged us an additional $255 for a total of $340. The hot water never changed. It stayed scalding. We called him and he "said he would come back out but we would have to pay him the trip charge and to work on it again." My husband asked if he would please take pictures as he went along so that we could turn the cost to the home warranty service. He refused. So we are still living with our problem, out the $340 and believe me he didn't "Fix it right the first time"

Mark was a joy to work with. He provided excellent customer service and was able to get us in right away. He was quick to make sure our family stayed cool this summer. 😎

My office heat runs on a boiler that heats through the floor. For the 9 years I've been in this location, it would be freezing cold inside and could only get heated up with space heaters. A handful of of professionals were called out to inspect it and try to resolve the problem over the years, and I was always told there wasn't really anything that could be done. After having that serious freeze last month, my office was 49 degrees! The owner called Mark out, and he no only said it could be fixed he delivered! This is the first time in 9 years that I haven't had to use the space heaters at all. I cannot explain what he did, but he found the solution and the place is staying warm. I am beyond thrilled. He was so responsive and came by several times to double check things were working as they should. His knowledge and professionalism are exceptional.

This guy was great when I first talked with him.BUT He showed up a few hours after I talked with him but when he rang the doorbell my son answered and when my son walked away to get me this guy walked away and got In His van and drove off. I called him 1 min later to ask if it was him at the door and he said ya but now he was going to a different job site. So he never even looked at are heater to fix it. I had another company that was going to come out and I canceled with them because this guy was coming. So now we can't another company out until tomorrow morning. Thanks to the great customer service of this guy. My family won't have heat for another 24hrs. DON'T RECOMMEND THIS GUY AT ALL
