On May 1, I had my best plumbing experience ever. Brian arrived a few minutes earlier than the appointment. He was knowledgeable, gentle, honest, and kind. He quickly solved my problem and took time to advise on other future issues. I feel the charge was very reasonable. I understand he also is an expert on boilers. I wish I had found this business last year when I was having major boiler problems. This business is an asset for the county, but especially for pueblo west.

I had a wonderful experience with Alpine Ridge Plumbing. Brian came over for an estimate on fixing a plumbing issue with my bathtub and other companies had given high estimates that required extensive work but Brian was able to quickly fix the problem on the spot saving me a lot of time and money in the process. Can’t recommend enough!

Katie was wonderful to talk and text with and answering my questions. Very nice and helpful with information I needed. Brian and Brandon were very knowledgeable and professional. I had multiple items on my request for quote. Each one was carefully documented and well prepared for the day of installation. I had a very tight schedule for Alpine due to countertop installation in the kitchen and four bathrooms. I only gave them 2 weeks notice of when countertops would be ready and they made it happen. Their best interest was for me...not their weekend off. I really appreciated their willingness to complete the job, especially without any surprises on the invoice. I will always call them for future plumbing needs.

Recently purchased a home in Rye with an in floor heating system, which I had no understanding about its operation or condition other than it seemed to be working. Called Alpine Ridge Pluming Katie answered the call, positive, helpful and personable right from the start. Brian was early for the appointment, willing to listen to my situation and partnered with me to sort out my concerns. Instead of selling me bells and whistles to make a buck, he evaluated my system, took the time to explain each composite to my comfort level and recommended option to proceed with some minor repairs. In no time the system was working properly, I understood how it worked and its limitations. I've used Alpine Ridge three times to date. The first time was due to walking into the basement at 2:00 am to find water all over the floor. I had no idea who to call, but found this business. Called very early before most people wake up. At O-dark thirty, Katie called and within a couple of hours, Brian showed up. He fixed the problem and talked to me. Instant connection. I decided to get a tankless water heater. He didn't push it. He was just honest and knowledgeable. Brian and his nephew showed up and got the job done. He also fixed an issue that a housing inspector missed when my house was built. A year later, I decided I wanted a water softener. Called Alpine Ridge once more. Again, good advice and a professional job. Katie is extremely responsive. I've never met her but I want to. I'm sure we'd be friends. Brian has his act together and does a great job. His nephew works hard and is a polite kid. Finally, I've never written a review for anyone or any company. This is the first time ever. Katie and Brian deserve my review.

Alpine Ridge did a great job on a few plumbing issues in our home. We had a water softener that was not working properly. We called another company (large group) in first to look at it. That company wanted to replace the softener and charge us over $ 4000. We called in Alpine Ridge for a second opinion. Brian diagnosed the softener issues and said he could essentially rebuild our unit, and it would give us more good years. After the needed parts came in, Brian and his apprentice came back to our home and did a complete rebuild of the unit for a fraction of the cost of the other company's quote. This is a small,honest company. The Office Manager, Katie, was also a pleasure to work with and very professional in all the scheduling and correspondence with us. Ed and Michelle, Pueblo West

I called alpine ridge after a large company had me waiting 2 weeks then called night before with their just to show up service charge. Brain was out the next morning great job.The bill was less than the big company service charge. Will use again highly recomend!
