Friendliness, informative, pleasant office visit with follow up notifications and reminders of the date and time scheduled. Was notified technician in route and matched the scheduled time. Checkup and service on our Lenox unit. Technician left area clean, rolled up our garden hose and put the multi sprayer head back where it was stored. Our 24 year old HVAC system finally bit the dust and it was time for a total replacement. I called several companies for estimates and went with Valley. I'm very pleased with not only the system and quality of the work, but also the owner and the entire team. They were a pleasure to work with and had fantastic attitudes. Super professional, punctual and caring. Highly recommended.

My AC unit stopped working. I tried several companies, but no one could come for a couple days. My daughter asked around to neighbors and friends and the recommended Vally Heating, Air and Refrigeration Inc. They came 2 hours early, addressed the problem within minutes, did a thorough check of my system along with checking my furnace filter and making sure my vents were all open in my basement. Jack and Jordan were so courteous and even kind to my 2 crazy dogs. Please, please use a local company if you have a need. Highly recommend them.

I can't say enough good things about Valley and Jordan who was inspecting and doing a tune-up in getting our furnace ready for this winter. Jordan actually found a few areas where our previous HVAC company had improperly installed our furnace and was leaking small amounts of carbon monoxide into our basement unbeknownst to us. We are so thankful for their eye to detail and helping us get this fixed quickly to keep our family safe!
