Joel was very knowledgeable and professional, a good communicator. Only issue was the supply company he uses is not open on the weekend so he could not get the part needed to repair my furnace.I went without heat for 2 days. But he came Monday morning with the part and 30 min later I had heat! He answered all my questions satisfactorily. I would highly recommend!

Joel is our go to expert for A/C repairs. Highly recommended! When the hot weather hit for the first time this year, our A/C would not turn on. We gave Joel a call and he provided some real-time troubleshooting over the phone and he quickly determined it was a wiring issue. He stopped by the next day to check it out and was able to find the problem - a faulty switch inside the thermostat. A/C is now working! Joel was responsive, showed up within an hour after 1st contact, even on a Saturday. I was planning for central ac replacement but I wanted my options. Joel was very honest and treated my problem like he would have treated his own, helped me to understand pros/cons of my situation with repair vs replace. I took his repair option and the cost was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend him!!

Joel is truly a lifesaver! Our AC broke recently, so my fiancé and I called Joel up and he stopped over same day after hours to take a look. He got the parts that were needed the following day, and spent 8+ hours in the heat setting it up. The AC works better than ever now and we are so happy! Joel is such a nice person. My furnace stopped working and tried reaching many service companies and everyone are really busy like Joel and team, but Joes texted me back asking what is my issue and I’ve explained and shared some pictures. Next question he asked ‘how handy are you’ I said I can manage… so he offered me a few solutions over the phone to try to help and save me a service call. Together we figured issue is with condensation pump, immediately he suggested where to find the pump so I can fix it. He’s very knowledgeable , professional, and I would highly recommend!!
