Assure heating and cooling LLC

Last year Ed came to my house and installed ductless units. Ed did an amazing job. Everything works smoothly and I haven't had a single problem yet. Ed is very professional. When he arrived I told him what I wanted and he knocked out of the park. I'm glad I choose Assured for this job. 10/10 Would recommend. Great Honest Fair Pricing.

My water heater went cold and I didn’t know what to do on a holiday weekend. I called some of the big guys and no one called me back. I called Ed at Assure and he called back right away and said he would come over later in the afternoon after finishing some jobs. He not only came over but came before expected. He then diagnosed the problem and got to the hardware store for a needed part before they closed. His service was excellent, he knew the equipment and the repair needed, and he was professional and competent. In this day and age of big companies with inexperienced technicians, it was great to have someone who knew what they were doing show up for an emergency. I will definitely use Ed again and recommend him highly!

I was very pleased with the service that I received by Assure Heating & Cooling LLC. Ed responded to my request for a quote to replace my heating and cooling systems and to run a gas line to my kitchen. Ed was able to come and inspect my previous systems and provided me a quote right away. The communication was seamless and he was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. Within a week or so after getting my quote they were able to install my new systems, which I love. The pricing was very fair and the work that was done was remarkable. They completely cleaned up after the work was completed and my house is now so toasty and warm. I can't wait to start to use my newly efficient central air conditioning. I have already recommended his services to some of my friends and family and would definitely recommend Assure to everyone as well.
