They came out and repaired our heating system! Our furnace is running great now they came right out even though it was 11pm. Then he came back the next day to clean the furnace.thank you for the great service!

BENCH WARRANT OUT FOR OWNER'S ARREST! BEWARE. Check the Better Business Bureau. Charlatan. Takes money for work that he lacks the qualifications to perform. Took a substantial deposit, didn't show up to do the work, no permits filed, doesn't have the state required license for the work he was to perform and refused to return our deposit of $2600! Several CRIMINAL matters pending for similar fact pattern. Google search the owner, Chris Balcerzak, and see that what I'm reporting is true. BEWARE!!!!!! Also beware his fake good reviews. That's how we got sucked in. Uses them to push down the negative reviews so they aren't seen and his rating gets boosted.

When our AC unit broke on an extremely humid day, we called around trying to find a 24 hour hvac repair. After being told “no” by multiple companies, we decided to call Total. Within a half hour, we got a call back where he said he was in the area and would be to our house within 5 mins. Right on time, he showed up. He was the most professional, honest, and easy going person. Good business like this does not exist like this anymore. He took his time, cleaning our AC unit and making sure that our AC was up and running before he left. Any other company would have sold us a new AC unit but he really took the time to make sure we wouldn’t have to spend unnecessary money during these tough times. Thank you so much. You’ve gained a customer!!

He is responsive and sounds knowledgeable but when it comes to doing the work he will do more damage then good along with charging you for things that he doesn’t do. Leave you and your family without heat for days during the winter until you need to hire another plumber to finish the job. Say he is coming back and doesn’t... I thought he was a nice guy and was taken advantage of.

Chris (business owner) always answers his phone immediately and will take the time to listen to your HVAC concerns. Once on-site he finds the root of the problem like a good detective and will explain in detail what he found. He is a creative problem-solver who stands behind his work. Call him! You’ll be glad you did! He will find a way to help.

Chris is very honest very loyal to his customer made me feel like my family safety was important very professional . I will never ever go any were else he earned loyalty.

Extremely detail oriented! Chris is a very Reputable guy with an extreme amount of knowledge in the HVAC industry if you’re lucky enough to work with him you won’t be disappointed I can assure you that this guy will go to great links to make any repair happen

Chris is the only guy out there who knows what he is doing with a/c and heating either gas or oil !!!
Plus he wants to do the job the correct the first time, even if it will take more time and effort.....
