My 25 year old furnace ruptured and I needed heating restored. My friend Jed strongly recommended them. They fit me in somehow and quickly. Everyone, the owner all the skilled craftsmen were genuine nice people who cared and knew their craft. I fully trust them. The workmanship on the iron pipe and copper tubing are true sculpture and evidence of pride in their work. How they successfully got an 800 pound boiler down narrow stairs is amazing. I highly recommend this team.

We are Extremely happy about Matt from East Hartford Heating and Cooling service. Our Heat stopped working a couple days ago. We called our normal company, and they could not help so they referred us to another company, which was another wait. So we saw great reviews with East Hartford Heating and Cooling, so decided to go with this them. Matt came immediately and was respectful kind fast and efficient. He had knowledge that the others” well respected” fuel company had no clue what to do..:Our family business is changing over to this company from our old one we used for YEARS , since Matt was truly refreshing. I say inexpensive and not cheap because the quality of the work was on par with the more over priced companies. They came, they evaluated and they fixed!! All for a terrific price with friendly service techs. I have worked with service industry professionals for 30 years and I can honestly say this company is one every home owner should be using.

I used them to install a new broiler system into my home. From the beginning of the process something did not seem trust worthy.
- The unit they quoted me for was not the one that was installed
- They stood me up on the 1st installment date
- The unit was dropped off outside of my home 2 days before installation, when it was supposed to be delivered inside the house
- They arrive late on the day of installation
- A couple of weeks later when I finally needed to turn it on it was not working.
- Called to tell them something was wrong and asked if I was going to be charged and they told me “No”.
- A Tech did come to my home, told me that it was not wired correctly and then told me because he wasn’t here that long that the fee will be waived.
- It is know a couple of months later and the unit is still not working correctly. My older unit worked better than the new unit.
- Know I am forced to have to call another company because I still don’t trust them.
- I am really upset, because I have a $10,000 loan to pay for and my so call new boiler is still not working again...

Guys were awesome. Showed me mistakes another contractor made when installing my thermostat and on furnace. Definitely would recommend them and most definitely use them for all heating needs.

They did a great job, they cleaned the furnace very well, educated me, and did a great job. Love smaller companies as they aren't trying to push a sale. I did extensive research on companies to do a real furnace cleaning and not just an inspection., they came, cleaned and they conquered.

Absolutely the best experience with a HVAC company ever. Ac died in my home, Were there in two hours with the most professional tech anyone could wish for. Not only was my central air fixed quickly but was told all about it's working and what to watch for. No other have had such a personal and professional approach in my dealings. Great job!!! And super price! You guys rock!!

I definitely highly recommend them. My furnace went on the fritz for some unknown reason. They came on the weekend looked at my furnace and fixed the issue very quick. I will definitely be calling them in the future for all my furnace needs

Had no heat. Called East Hartford Plumbing & Heating and was promised that a technician would arrive within 1/2 hour! The technicians were on time and not only repaired the burner but did a very thorough job of cleaning and "tuning" it. I spent the entire hour with them in the basement and I can attest to the fact that they were very competent and professional. After all that I expected a pretty large bill; so I was very surprised to have to pay only $120. I would highly recommend East Hartford Plumbing & Heating.
