Troy is honest, professional, on-time, calls ahead before arriving, estimated arrival times and repair estimates are spot on, and presents good faith options that works for you. By far one of best contractors services we have ever had.

Beware of these guys. This Troy guy tried to sell me a compressor and my system was working properly and efficiently. All i wanted was the filters changed and a look over. He never even looked at the filters and never went into the attic. Just opened the outside condenser unit and said the compressor was bad. Beware of this because they only want your money

We can not be more delighted with CT HVAC Services. Troy and his team are diligent and responsive. It’s rare to say this, but Troy is a man with heart. He knows that his customers might be in desperate need (if a heater is busted in the cold winter, for instance) and we saw him take personal responsibility for helping us buy and install a completely new system. I rarely write recommendations but this company is a gem.

Troy replaced the aging HVAC system in our condo during September 2018. He completed the install in a single day. The new system is more efficient as well as moves more air in our unit. Whether we are heating or cooling our unit, the HVAC unit achieves our required temperature in a reasonable amount of time and then shuts down. Our old system never did this! Troy is a good, honest man, and is always available when you need him. We cannot recommend him enough! Thanks Troy!

The technician sent out to evaluate my central air unit not only gave me a great deal on the replacement, but also tweaked the settings on my oil furnace which fixed my lack of consistent hot water issue, which my oil provider was going to charge me $1900 to replace parts that apparently don’t even need to be replaced. Very honest and trustworthy representatives, would recommend 100%

Had issues with a heat pump with emergency heat propane furnace. System did not work right since a contractor replaced the thermostat. There were 2 issues found and corrected the other contractor left. Connecticut HVAC Services is my go to guy now.
