Peter and his team did an excellent job swapping a 20 year old oil-fired water heater with a hybrid-electric heat pump water heater.

Peter walked me through all of the details of the job and gave me all of the information needed to make a decision, never trying to push me in one direction or another just to make a sale. The team took great care during the installation to ensure everything went smoothly and the area was clean when they left. The new water heater has been amazing so far, only running in heat pump mode and more than capable of keeping up with water heating demands.

This was a fairly complex replacement of an old and poorly-designed central air system. They added a zone and new returns, plus installed a mini split in finished lower level and new thermostats throughout. The installation was smooth and clean, Peter, Chris and the crew were great…everyone was helpful and very detail oriented. It’s rare these days to find such outstanding service. Highly recommended.

Subsequently they added another hot air return high up on the wall of a 14’ ceiling, which made a huge difference cooling a very large room on the hottest days last summer.

Today (5-4-23) Frank did annual maintenance on the AC system and spent time determining why the ductless mini split in the finished basement wasn’t cooling. Turns out there was a leak and was out of coolant, which explains why it never really cooled the room last summer. All fixed now. These guys are terrific.

Responded immediately when I had a frozen pipe issue and the team replaced and repaired the next day. Very responsive and informative.
