Brian and his apprentice arrived less than an hour after we talked (+ hr early). Problem was diagnosed, fixed and they were out door In an hour. Very pleasant and professional. Will definitely recommend!

Highly recommend! They came out on a Saturday within an hour. Went above and beyond to find a part for an older furnace motor drum. I had no heat. He offered to bring me space heaters. But was able to fix it in about two hours. Labor charge was lower today than most places. Very satisfied and will use again.

We are so grateful to Brian for helping us in a pinch especially because our AC decided to break on a 90° day and with our new little baby here. But Brian helped us and it was efficient and affordable! Definitely will be using his services again! Thank you!!

Called Crowell mid morning, explained my heating issue, Brian wrote down some info, drove to Hartford supply and was here within 2 hours with parts and heat is back on. This level of service is something that has become a thing of the past so I found my new HVAC guy. I will add that it was a breath of fresh air to get charged an extremely low price even though he expedited my request and could have charged a premium. Great Company

Had a gas heater stop working for a tenant. Crowell was about the 3rd place I called and I was happy to get a hold of them. Jeff was able to diagnose the problem, keep the heater going overnight and replace the part timely the next morning. I would definitely recommend them and use them again.
