We've used Air Plus on a few occasions and have always been very happy with the service.

First, when taking on a new commercial rental they were by far the most affordable quote for relocating some ductwork. They then completed the work ahead of schedule.

Then when we were having issues with the thermostat months after the job, we called and got a reply the same day, and the technician who came out was friendly and courteous and most importantly got the job done! Also took some extra time to help explain our system.

Most recently on a 100 degree day, when I imagine this company is as busy as possible, we got a prompt call-back, some tips and reassurances on what was happening with our system, and the offer to send a tech immediately.

Yes as some reviews here mention they use an answering service, but we've always gotten a call back and would recommend Air Plus to anyone needing HVAC service.

NEVER EVER USE AIR PLUS !!!
YOUR TIME MEANS NOTHING to them. They arrived 17 minutes late on a 4 hour window which I was then told was a 5 hour window. So, a 5 hour and 17 minute total time experience. Tech then proceeded to make me wait an additional 10 minutes for some unknown reason and then left the job after I requested via text to Kim the non-customer service oriented front desk scheduler that I needed to have a conversation with her later in the day after 4:00pm. Obviously, it was going to be in regards to their AWFUL business practices as briefly referred to above.

Appalling service. They never answer as they use an answering service throughout the day. Then no one calls. Then when you finally make an appointment they cancel and you have to go through the same charade. Their actual staff appear not to care and their work was bad, too. It's as if they don't realize there is competition!

They don't show up on time. Call you and say they will be late and assure you that they will be there that day. But never show up. As someone else said, hope you have the patience of a saint and don't have a job so that you have time to sit around and wait on them.

Air Plus is very cost competitive. They're not the biggest HVAC company in the area, but they do god work and it's hard to find a less expensive option.
