I had a great experience with Dave! He showed up within an hour of my call and did an excellent job diagnosing and fixing the issue with my second floor AC. His expertise, attention to detail, and friendly demeanor are so appreciated. Highly recommend!

Our furnace broke a couple of weeks ago on a very cold day and after calling several companies, Climate Care was the only one that came out the same day. David was the gentleman that came to the house, gave us an affordable quote, spent time answering all our questions and was genuinely concerned given we have an infant daughter in the house and the heater was installed and working perfectly the very next day! This company is professional, reliable, affordable, and caring, just to name a few! Thank you for taking care of us!

Our 20yr old boiler finally started having problem and wouldn’t fire no matter what I tried. On a Sun nite at 8pm the owner of the company (David) came down to the house to try and fix our issue. When you have a really old boiler and it breaks down on a weekend parts are NOT readily available.
Bad news is we need a new boiler as this one has a crack. This unit needed a new igniter and a new transformer. David came down several times to keep our heat running while we are working with Climate Care for a new Natural Gas Boiler.
I don’t know of any companies that will make sure your broken down old oil burner stays running while you’re waiting for the replacement. He came to the house all after hours which if you’ve ever dealt with a company before it’s always just a tech…..but I got the owner!
He even sends texts checking to make sure things are still running and says not to hesitate to call no matter the time if we should have an issue.
Climate Care and David will ALWAYS have my business.

Dave and his team were absolutely fantastic. I called, quickly got an appointment and a competitive quote for ductless unit installation. Once accepted I got a very quick install date and the guys were fantastic. They protected the inside of the house and had excellent cleaning practices, they left the house spotless. The install was quick and efficient and the team really cared about my opinion on location, look, and how that would effect performance. The jobsite was kept clean as well and they made sure we were comfortable with end product before leaving. The equipment they installed is excellent quality and Dave really cared about making sure that everything was right for the configuration of the house.

I would definitely recommend them.

This was our second service call with Climate Care. Responsive, capable, and knowledgeable technicians both times. We knew we were on borrowed time with our furnace and to have to make an emergency call right after the first major storm of the season, we were grateful! Thank you to Dave who made the late day drive to get our part and came back to install. We have heat tonight!! Thank you!

After one HVAC company installed a faulty A/C unit for me and failed to determine the issue, Climate Care promptly diagnosed the issue and fixed my A/C problem. Hunter and Dave were great to work with, and my kids are no longer complaining about a hot house!

We have used Climate Care since 2010 when the owner, Dave Soderstrom, installed our HVAC system…Dave is great to work with (and) his technicians are always responsive to our calls and have done a great job of maintaining our 13 year old system! I highly recommend Climate Care!!!

We have been using Climate Care for awhile at 2 different houses with completely different systems and they have been great to work with. We appreciate getting to see the same people and are always glad to see Jared and Hunter. They are both professional and personable and make the visit enjoyable.

Dave and his team are quick to respond, quick to get you on the schedule (he has even come to us on a holiday on very short notice!), and wonderful to work with. They are professional, knowledgeable, explain all the options and costs thoroughly, and do quality work at a fair price. We are so happy we found them and made the switch to Climate Care for HVAC system maintenance and repairs.

DO NOT choose this company. They ask for money, never show up for work, do poor work that doesn't even pass inspection and then they walk off the job without completing it. David is nice on the phone and knows how to talk a good game but when it comes time for performance, nothing gets done. His company has such a high turnover rate that employees reached out to us and told us we should not continue with them. I contracted with David in August 2021 and he was supposed to start work mid September 2021. We confirmed the dates a few days before and then no one shows up. No one from the company responds back despite asking me for a down payment. They finally started the work in January 2022 only to have it fail inspection twice! Then Dave promised to finally send someone to do some work. Confirmed with him again September 20, 2022. Called the day before and confirmed (my inspection for the work was 9/26) and still no one showed up for the entire week. This company is awful so please be careful and really do your research!!
