My wife and I have made Norwalk are home 42 years ago. Have been in business for 30 years. U.S. plumbing heating air conditioning, its good seeing that we have not lost great workmanship. Cold weather they came out same day, got us running came back week later with the part we needed.

Hellas takes care of our Wilton property ‘s HVAC outdoor and indoor unit. Great, responsive customer service.

I called Hellas last weekend when I realized my AC wasn't working on the hottest weekend of the year thus far. It was a Sunday and considering it was the first hot weekend and a weekend, I thought the response time was reasonable. It took about 4 hours from the time I called to someone actually arriving at the house. The guy who came was terrific, clear and seemingly honest about the issue and what we should do. Fast forward a week and the same issue has surfaced. I called again for weekend help with another 90 degree day in the forecast and as of this post it has been 6 hours with still no response. I called 3 times during this 6 hours. The answering service is lovely but they aren't employees and so their ability to escalate is presumably limited. When a company talks on their website about customer service, responsiveness, and 24/7 help I don't expect a delay like this. Not even a call to say "hey, message received and we are backed up but you're number X in the queue." Nothing. And for a repeat issue that I paid significant money to address (weekend/overtime rates plus cost to repair).

Hellas service is outstanding. They are reliable and caring. They never let you down. Their employees are always up on new technology and are great problem solvers. They always try to find cost savings while getting the job done correctly. I highly recommend their service and think of them as a true partner in the care of my home.

Showed up on time (after calling me to move the appt up sooner than anticipated), and the tech John was very thorough and explained everything well. Serviced furnace and steam humidifier.

I have used Hellas Air temp for years.... Timely, professional, fair in terms of price, and they know what they’re doing. All work done very nicely and Jon was a very good guy who has worked there a long time. Would highly recommend Hellas for your heating and air conditioning needs. I had several companies take a look at my air handler after standard oil said it couldn’t be fixed and would have to be replaced. Hellas service and responsiveness was great. The repairman that came was super nice and was able to identify the problem. Hellas was able to repair for a small fraction of what it would have cost to replace. And do it quickly so i can have heat again!! So grateful!

Really a great experience. They are very busy but they were responsive. They were also very upfront and descriptive about the charges. They called back to check in abs confirm the appointment. The tech was on time and made a point to let us know he was on the way. He even took his shoes off without asking. This was very much appreciated. He was honest and professional. He also told us what kind of filter we need to told us we do not to worry about cleaning the HVAC. Some companies would try and scare you into doing extra work. We feel they are very honest and trustworthy. We would highly recommend this business for your HVAC needs in Fairfield County.

They do a decent job, but are not up front about additional charges they just decide to tack on after they do the work. We went from about $500 to $1000 in the blink of an eye (hired them to do a maintenance package, they decided that they wanted to charge more because they spent a little more time in the house.) Be careful, they are always looking to overcharge.
