First time using Best Energy- my furnace wasn’t working after the coldest night of the year (of course). Called These guys and they came same day, earlier than expected, and fixed the problem. I’m so thankful for the quick service and will be contacting Best Energy again!

Used them last year for furnace tune up and cleaning, but never cleaned furnace. This year they canceled three appointments within a month. Last time they never showed, when I called he said he tried to call me to reschedule but he never did. Not a trust worthy company.

Couldn’t ask for a better company. The technicians that I have had experience with for repairs are great. I would have to imagine fantastic installers as well. Oil prices and delivery have been 100% problem free for years.

Unprofessional to say the least. If you do not value your time, like listening to excuses and not receiving calls back... this is the perfect place to go for oil burner service! I had two standing appointment, the first one, no show followed by a story after i called. We booked another appoint for the following week, again no show... I called and received another story. Do yourselves a favor and move along...

Perfect example of them saying "...... said your wife called to make appointment for afternoon" (Feb 28, 2020) NO I DIDN'T! I DON'T DEAL with company as I despise company ever since Attorney General made them repay customers when they price gauged when oil prices were low and they were charging customers higher! They lie, don't return calls when they say they will. ONLY REASON go through this business is because my husband THINKS they are the "BEST" me on the other hand think there are better places with customer service response. Oh and charge customer the overtime when THEIR technicians work past their working business hours, NOT customers fault IF they have last appointment of the day and technician works past normal working hours of the business to pick up workers pay!

I have been a customer of Best Energy for several years. This past January (2019), I had issues with my boiler. The folks at Best Energy provided excellent technical support and customer service, with quick response to my questions, and ensuring the work was completed in a timely fashion.

these guys installed a new furnace in my house and did a tremendous job in every way. arrived on time, paid great attention to every detail, cleaned up completely, and the whole heating system now works great. reasonable price, too.

If there was an option to give zero stars, I would. Claimed they cleaned 3 furnaces. Two months later tenant started their furnace and wouldn’t even turn on. Now need a replacement. Three other companies have now told me that nothing was serviced or cleaned in quite sometime and whoever “serviced them was lying”.
I have Since called the company many times. They say they will call you back. They don’t. When I called for the 4th time they claim someone is going to come out to service again for free hahaha (pointless) they don’t show up. I wouldn’t trust this company. Don’t give them your money. Or if you do, have video cameras where your furnace is because these people are scam artists.

To start with they answer the phone! Honest, fair pricing, they know what they are doing, and they worked with me tirelessly to fix an intermittent furnace problem. Glad I have a new HVAC Company to rely on - Highly Recommend.
