Great customer service, they are on time and the did what they promised! What else could you want! I highly recommend Cole for anything HVAC! The main thing I love about these guys is they aren't pushy like other companies we had come out and they are profession, not just a fly by night company!

This was the first time I used this company, but won’t be the last. I was very impressed with the communication and ease of doing business. The tech was very knowledgeable and professional. The price was even less than what I have paid for this service in the past. Needless to say, I was very satisfied.

Just had my AC tuneup. Still very satisfied with the service and company as a whole. I would recommend them.

I had my 60+ year old boiler replaced. Absolutely incredible service from start to finish. I was very impressed by the teams kindness, knowledge and honesty. A special shout out to Zach, he was especially helpful in not only making sure the job was done but done correctly. Out of all the contractors I’ve worked with, this team is the best!

Brandon our Tech was great, explained what was wrong and had us back up and running in no time. They seem to actually care about thier clients and don't take advantage of people in a jam. Won't use anyone else. Was prompt returning an after hours call on a Saturday at 1 in the am when Temps were below zero.

A/C replacement
Always available to discuss options and questions. Everyone is friendly and professional and knowledgeable. I'd highly recommend them.All the people here are pleasant, courteous, and competent.

Keith responded to my after hours emergency call within about 15 minutes. He was at my house within 1/2 an hour. As always, Keith was informative and very pleasant. He answered all of our questions and warned us about a part that may need to be replaced in the near future in order to avoid additional problems. I have always had good experiences with Cole Hesting and Cooling!

Called this morning regarding getting a new furnace and AC system and was met with the upmost attitude. I would not recommend as if that’s how you talk to customers literally calling in and barely got any details out then you shouldn’t be in anyone home.

Excellent installation of heat pump. 5 ton Bosch system. 2 of 3 days so far.

New water heater install. The guys did a fantastic job and we really appreciate the quick response!
