I’ve used Superior HVAC twice and they have been extremely responsive, competent, and performed the repairs quickly at a good price. Their technicians are well trained and come with a vast stock of parts to do the job. I will continue to use them for all our heating and cooling needs.

Superior HVAC was awesome. They are always friendly and responsive. Their response time is great - they are available a.s.a.p. and understand what it means to the customer to have someone respond promptly. They are very accommodating, and look for ways to help save money, rather than pushing for the most expensive options. This is a company that inspires loyalty because they know that the relationship between the customer and the company supports the needs of both of us. Very professional, work is superior (pun intended), and knowledgable. I love that they are willing to explain the problems, and all of the options available with frank assessments of the pros and cons of each. Highly recommend.

First time I used this company as they were recommended by my previous HVAC service who no longer worked with residential customers. I found their office help to be excellent and quite helpful and professional. The serviceman arrived on time, was polite, wore a mask as I requested and apparantly did a good job for my yearly HVAC service because all is well. I will continue to use them. They seem like an excellent company.

I’ve used Superior a few times for my hot water heater. Today, Zach came out to replace my kitchen sink sprayer, and clean out my slow running bathroom sink. He was very efficient, professional, and nice. He fixed the problems within an hour. I highly recommend Superior HVAC & Tank Removal for all your needs.

Superior came to replace our water heater, ran onto problems, but did a great job solving the problems and getting the new WH installed and running. They were professional and kept us aware of what was happening.

We had a problem with the furnace during a cold spell in the middle of winter. We had no relationship with this company prior to this experience. But they responded very quickly and fixed the problem fast. They were professional, courteous, and quick and I would definitely use in the future and highly recommend!

Joe, John and the crew are great. We used them for a few jobs. Oil tank jobs and HVAC jobs. As always the experience was seamless and easy. They provide top notch service. Clean work and mechanically flawless. We will definitely be using them a lot more in the future.

We probably saw 10 different contractors before we chose John and Superior HVAC & Tank Removal. We recently bought a house and needed to replace our old oil furnace from the 1970s. John arrived on time always, and was always super responsive via text/phone call with any questions. Phil and Charity at the office were also responsive and thorough. We decided to go with an air-source ducted heat pump and propane backup furnace to replace our oil furnace. Rather than having to work with three different contractors, John was a one-stop shop for our heating/cooling needs. Not only does he own Superior (and do oil tank removals to boot), he also owns Right Energy and got us an incredible deal on a propane furnace backup system (buried 500gal tank, excavation, cheap propane). This saved us a great deal of time and money. The entire process was smooth and easy. John's team, especially Tyler, were also forthright and thorough. While they were insulating our ductwork, Tyler noticed a small leak and saved us probably thousands of dollars in later repairs by the time we would have caught it ourselves. They came to fix the problem the same day. We couldn't be happier with our decision to choose Superior HVAC and Tank Removal! We'd highly recommend them to anyone in the greater Middlebury area!

I had to do a install during a new build. Not only was Superior my most on time delivery sub contractor but they also were very creative around some of the architecture challenges my framing created. Our system is perfect and was a great install. They also helped with some small jobs and we're on time and delivered as expected.

Couldn’t be happier with their service. Customer service was great. Informative, patient, and knowledgeable. Price was fair and everything was completed as promised. Will definitely continue to use them.
