This young man Trevor and the man he came with did a wonderful job. He cleaned our AC system well and made sure everything was up to date on it. If GoldStar continues to hire young men like this guy the company will continue to grow. He is very knowledgeable and explains any questions you may have. Great young man!
Roddy was both friendly and professional. He clearly explained the issues with our HVAC system and even showed us the worn parts. While we wish that the repairs were not necessary (due to poor installation by home builder), we had full confidence in Roddy's work.

Called GoldStar because of a noise from our return duct. John came right at 8am, was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was SO sweet to our dogs and gave them lots of pets. He thoroughly looked at our inside and outside unit, thermostat, and listened to the noise in the return. He also replaced our air filter and rinsed off the outdoor unit. Excellent service — we booked the family plan for semi-annual maintenance. He didn’t hard sell us and gave us his honest opinion. We appreciate Jon’s expertise and kindness. Look forward to working with him and GoldStar again.
We had a new AC and furnace installed less than 2 months ago and just had to call for our 5th service call because the unit malfunctions almost weekly. Techs continue to come out here and tell us the unit is fine, most recently last week when we were told that it was just a setting on the thermostat. It is 81!! degrees in my house right now with a brand new AC unit. Absolutely unacceptable.
Very personable yet professional it was a pleasure having work in my house as I was the vice president of technical services for a large company. Explained the issues that would have been there for later in the season and it was a minimal cost to replace and repair and it happened to be one of the parts that I'm familiar with that causes most of the failures of air conditioners in the summer heat months for that I was very appreciative. If I require any further service I will be calling Gold store and be asking for birdie as the technician to come to do whatever is necessary to be done.
