We had used Preferred Mechanical in the past, and when our A/C went out in the heat of summer when I was 37 weeks pregnant, we knew that we wanted Preferred Mechanical to do the job for us. I vetted other HVAC companies and ultimately chose PMI and I'm glad I did. There quote to fabricate ductwork and install a heat pump was fair, the timeliness and quality of work was exceptional.

Other trades on the job site caused a small problem with the h v a c system but PMI came right out and squared everything away quickly.
