Still evaluating estimates from other companies as the local area plumbers typically quote from a 'book'. Finding out more qualified service firms are moving and traveling from western shore for business.

Especially great customer service! They give you a small window of time and call when on their way. Has saved us from missing entire days waiting for service. Also they are very professional, knowledgeable and super friendly!

Nick and his team have been wonderful to communicate with. They installed a filtration system and provided much guidance in the 7 years since. They are a reliable entity and it is great to have them as a local agency for services!

AC went out was diagnosed unit is still under warranty. They ordered the new parts replacd parts. Technician was knowledgeable and friendly. Thanks Nick nice attitude and knows what he's doing 👍

After calling 14 plumbers, to have 4 respond, 1 show up and disappear we called Stan. Not only did he show up, the same day, it was within an hour. Very professional, quoted the job within the time he stated and we booked his services. A+++ transaction and we will definitely use and refer him to all our friends

Service thus far has been great. I placed a request online yesterday 12/15/22 and within 5 minutes had a reply with service scheduled for today 12/16/22 between 12pm-4pm. I received a call at 11:45 to advise that the tech would be arriving within the next 20-30 minutes. By 12:16pm, the tech Sean was calling me with the diagnosis and next steps. Unfortunately, due to the issue the job is not one that can be done immediately. However, Sean was very informative and pleasant explaining to me the issues, the next steps such as sending me over a quote for what needs to be done, etc. Though work has yet to be done, the experience so far has been great.

12/27/22 Changed to 3 stars…Update, unfortunately I never received the estimate for the work needing to be done. I called and spoke with the receptionist on 12/22 and was told I would have the quote by the end of the day that day. Still nothing. I called today and was told there was no pricing listed and the one to give it was on vacation until Monday 1/2/23. I advised that due to the delay, I did not want to proceed with using them and would go elsewhere. I had hoped for a better experience since the initial interaction was great.

We had a tankless water heater, installed along with a whole house water filtration system. The installers were extremely professional, knowledgeable, and very clean. You could tell they really take care in the quality and craftsmanship of their trade. I highly recommend their services.

Cody came out within an hour of my calling in about a leak. He was professional, determined the issue quickly and set up the repair to be done in a few days. It is not a major leak so we can wait a few days.

Fast, professional service every time we have used Stan over the years. No matter the size of the job it was completed within a day or two of calling, even when parts needed to be ordered
