Buckhalter Heating and Air Conditioning

My technician arrived approximately 7:00pm in rain and thunder and lightning. His day started at 7:00am on one of the hottest days of the year. He had a smile on his face and a positive attitude knowing he had two more stops after me. He worked under an umbrella and found the the problem quickly and resolved it. Chester is an excellent representative of the Buckhalter .Company. He is a real keeper and I am thankful he was sent my way.

I really liked Buckhalter heating and air. They were called on a moments notice, but they were here in no time. Fixed my a/c with a smile and great energy from the techntion. I would highly recommend them for any future repairs that you might have. And I want to thank them from the bottom of my heart.

They were able to accommodate us for a service call and to fix our ac took a few days but glad it was done. Only thing I would recommend is their communication to improve, all the times they said someone will call and follow up to explain what they did or if they fixed the issue no one did you have to keep calling and asking them of the status of the job.

From the beginning, Buckhalter has been great to work with. Charles worked so hard to get us a unit that we would be happy with and that fit our budget. Then, Garrett and Mike did an incredible job installing our new A/C. Garrett and Mike were on time and worked hard and had our new system in fast. They went above and beyond to make sure the system was installed properly. I would recommend Buckhalter to anybody that needs a new A/C.

I was very pleased with the service. Rep was experienced and very thorough. I gave it 4 stars because I was not aware that he was going to replace anything until speaking with me. I asked for pricing to come out and diagnose the issue and we would go from there. By the time I got home he had already begin replacing things without going over the pricing with me. Overall, I was very pleased with the service rendered.

My technician did great work! We were sweating with no AC. Our unit was completely shot and they came in and installed a new unit. New unit is 10x better and it lowered our electric bill. Couldn't be happier!

I have a pretty old AC unit that has been well taken care of. However, I am in the market for a new one, but cannot afford it at this time. For the past three years. Buckhalter has serviced my AC unit replacing the coolant and offering services to keep it maintained at a reasonable cost.

Chester was the best!! Very knowledgeable and offered several tips on continuing to maintain an operable unit.
