Harry’s level of professionalism is rare for this day and age. It was unbelievably refreshing to meet this man who clearly takes pride in his work and keeps his clients’ needs at the forefront of his mind. He is a good teacher too, patient when explaining issues. He even wore shoe covers in my house so as to not bring in outside dirt. As a household that doesn’t wear shoes indoors and does all of our own housekeeping, it was a special touch that did not go unnoticed. I couldn’t ask for a better person and company to take care of my AC system. First time we used Harry’s services was in July. A previous repairman failed to correctly figure out our issue. Harry was quick to getting us ac again. He operated with integrity and did what he could to save us some cash as we just wasted some on the other repair company.

This time we opted to replace the whole system due to failing/aging parts. Harry was quick to get us scheduled in. He walked us thru about 7 different options for systems. He never tried to talk us into spending more or adding on stuff we did not need. Harry personally oversaw the new system install and checked over everything to insure we are set.

We just had a bad storm and had power surges and a lightning strike close to our home which ruined our thermostat! Harry answered my call and was quick to show up and replaced it. He is very knowledgeable, friendly, and honest. This past month we have ran into multiple issues which Harry addressed and fixed promptly. Our unit is older and it is running like it’s brand new!
