Excellent experience from start to finish. On a holiday weekend with the fire department here suncoast responded. They were totally proactive, calling to tell me the technician was already dispatched. Greg Sinclair arrived, accessed, and got active. Collected parts from multiple locations to get our electric back on. He was so professional and very neat. Really great person and I highly recommend the company.

Excellent service from Suncoast Electric. I called them on Monday afternoon, and they immediately fit me into Tuesday's schedule. The quick turnaround was very much appreciated. The work was expertly done, and when I did not have the correct switches to install, they immediately purchased some and got the job done on time. Friendly, professional team. This is the second time I have hired Suncoast Electric, and I had the same excellent service last fall. I highly recommend Suncoast Electric.

We ran into an issue when replacing the switches in our new home, not understanding the nuances of three-way way switch wiring with my limited electrical knowledge. Finding one of the most important circuits (breakers) in our panel consistently tripping (on a Saturday night, nonetheless), I called for help for Suncoast. Having done that ‘handyman special’ work beforehand myself, it made remedy that much more challenging for Daniel and his Technician, Greg. Still, Daniel offered to walk me through how to try to diagnose and resolve the issue over FaceTime first, which is unheard of in 2023 ($1 per minute) and when we’d exhausted everything that could be done over video call, only then did he suggest we send out a Technician (the more expensive option). The Technician, Greg arrived within the hour, as promised, and worked tirelessly with patience until 9:30pm. Greg genuinely treated this place as though it were his own home. As it was getting late, we all agreed it was time to let Greg get home to his family, and so Daniel offered to come out first thing in the morning on a Sunday to finish up the work. Daniel was over-communicative throughout the entire ordeal and Greg was so hospitable and informative. You get what you pay for, and this was worth every penny. Hands-down, one of the best Contractor experiences I’ve had, ever, and this is my second home renovation. Exceptional service.

SUNCOAST was excellent from the first contact with Mathew to the completion of work done by Greg. Mathew set up an appointment to have the work done that I requested. I was sent a text with Greg's info and picture to confirm the appointment the following week. A text was sent on work day that the tech would be arriving soon. Greg was very friendly, looked at what I needed done and had me approve estimate before starting. After looking at other projects and Greg suggesting a few things (not urgent) to possibly be done, I was given estimates for future projects. The work wasn't rushed and I was very satisfied when completed. Customer service ( Mathew ) and Greg were just great ! They also re-inspected some work SUNCOAST did for me years back at my request at no charge. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE, GREAT TECH. I will definitely be using SUNCOAST in the furture. From the start Matthew was extremely helpful putting me at ease with the whole process. The tech Dillon was on time, knowledgeable and efficient. He was nice too. I Never realized how much time and work goes into replacing these electrical panels, but these guys deserve kudos. Then there is James who finished the work patching up the wall right when Dillon was finished. The timing couldn't have been better. Matthew you scheduled that perfectly. They cleaned up after themselves too. I would highly recommend this team of professionals. Thanks again!

This is the second positive experience we've had with Suncoast. They were easy and professional to deal with. Greg ran electric for a patio ceiling fan and offered to mount the fan. It was done cleanly and efficiently.

I cannot say enough nice things about this 3rd generation family company. My initial communication was with Matthew who walked me through everything and made sure I had the appointments I needed. The day of my appointment I received a text with a picture of my technician and a bio. What a great touch and very comforting. Diogo was assigned as my technician and he was professional and helpful. He made sure I knew what he was doing and why. I bought an older condo that needed a lot of electrical work and Diogo was amazing. We ran into some snags and Matthew made sure additional hands came out to take care of the issues. Once again I received a text with a picture of the additional tech on his way. Daniel made his way to my place and was also professional and very pleasant. They made sure to clean up after themselves and even took out the boxes from the new fixtures i bought. Because I needed a new panel some of my drywall needed repairs. They once again sent me a text with James picture. He fixed my drywall and now you can't tell it was fixed. I wish I could give more than 5 stars. This is an amazing company and every single person I dealt with was professional, helpful, and provided excellent service, which is rare these days. Suncoast is a reliable and well organized company. I highly recommend!!!!!!!!!

Had an emergency outage over the weekend and Suncoast had someone out within the hour. Their guy had the power back on in less than 30min. Very happy with Suncoast will recommend and def use again!

We had an outage late at night and the house started to smell like burning plastic. In a panic we googled emergency electricians near us. The first company that popped up did not answer the phone although they claimed to be 24/7, and then Suncoast was the second one we called. We got a menu and then phone was picked up almost immediately after we made our selection. From there on everyone we spoke to was super attentive and quick to address our needs. The technician that was sent over, Ryan, arrived even quicker than initially was told and he went straight to work. Between Ryan and the dispatcher on the phone, they determined the cause of the outage and they themselves contacted FPL to come over immediately to continue the job. There are more details to this but overall our experience with Suncoast was impressive, they were professional and caring to the situation. We eventually need to replace our breaker boxes and Suncoast is a business we would trust with this service.
