Had them come out, they were almost 2 hrs late, didn't even have time to discuss anything with you. Took the part needed, but I really wanted to see about a new unit. Called them the next day to discuss a purchase of a unit and they said it would take over a week to install one. This is way to long, so I ask them to return the part they took. At that request, they were rude and hung up on me. I can't believe they didn't want to sell a unit and where is their professionalism? Hopefully it was just a bad day, we all have them. Maybe things will get better for him.

Aaron arrived on time and explained the problem after he inspected the unit. He was pleasant and professional for the entire service call. He appears to be honest and fair. He got my unit up and running in less than an hour. Thanks.

Well I think he did not do a very professional job and he pretty much was not really on time he brought a child with him to do the work on my duck work
he did not do it correctly and he would not return my calls it quit working so I had to call somebody else to come out cooks air and they said whoever did it was really bad and did not do it properly so I paid this guy to do it he did a poor job it’s gonna cost me just as much to have cooks redo it right from his mistake but yet no return phone calls not trying to make it right I would not recommend him at the time or any time for your work
