I reached out to American standard, they gave me a number to there top preferred dealer in my area
( St Clair’custom air (Greg) very knowledgeable! We discussed all my options. We went with the best
( 4ton platinum series. Cost was almost doubled. What it cost for a lower end unit. Have you ever heard the phrase (you get what you pay for?)
The longevity of the unit, warrantees, and the cost savings in your electric bill. Greg YOU DA MAN!

At 6pm, our air conditioning stopped working. After searching on Google, I came across St. Clair's Custom Air and gave them a call. Around 45 minutes later, their technician called back to confirm and arrived promptly before 7pm. They diligently worked on our unit until around 10pm. From the moment I made the initial call to the completion of the repair, the service provided by St. Clair's Custom Air was exceptional. Our early 90's Air Conditioner was failing and only a matter of time before we were going to be hot. I called some local AC installation companies and got estimates. I ultimately went with St. Clair's Custom Air. They weren't the cheapest but after talking with the owner, I felt they would do not only a good job but I was thoroughly impressed by his knowledge and attention to detail. Absolutely no pressure or attempt to sell something I didn;t need. My gut was right! I followed his suggestions and we are extremely pleased with the results. We chose an American Standard AC unit and had custom duct work designed and installed. Their crew made fast work of the removal and new AC installation and cleaned as they worked. Nothing was damaged, the house was never dirty during the process and our AC now is colder than it's been in 25 years or so. Thank you St. Clair's Custom Air for an outstanding job!

Awesome experience with St. Clair's. Our AC was out and 1 call to St. Clair's solved the problem. The repairman showed up about an hour after I called. He went to work an the AC was working again in no time, like it was new and it hasn't quit since!
