I was told by someone else that I needed to replace my duct work. That person was no longer able to assist me. I called Surfside Heating and Cooling. Dan came out and advised the duct work was not needing replacing. I so appreciate his honesty in this day and age. You will have me as a customer for life! It is nice to find a business with ethics! Way to go!

We have been using Surfside for years and highly recommend all of their services. We not only have their yearly maintenance plan but also use them for any repairs. Dan came out and replaced our coil very efficiently/professional.
He explained every step.

I went to this company a few days ago, with the best attitude to apply for a job position, I asked to speak to the owner and they didn't even open the office door for me, they treated me like something unimportant and I heard the owner when he said on the phone that he was not interested. If these people treat a possible worker that way, I can't imagine a customer! All people in this world deserve to be respected and that is something you will not find here👎👎👎

I’m extremely happy with the service I received from Surfside. From start to finish I was treated with courtesy and respect. I didn’t feel like I was “just another customer”. The crew showed up on time and had my a/c system installed in the quoted time frame. I will definitely recommend Surfside to anyone needing a new system installed or their old system services.

Arrived on time and started to work immediately. Brian was here and available to get whatever they needed and to make sure everything went smooth, which it did! Surfside has been servicing two of my homes in Cape Coral for two years. Alway professional and always trying to look out for what is best for us. They just installed a brand new system in our house and I didn't think twice about getting a second quote because they never tried to upsell, rather showed options and talked about pros and cons for each.
