Jon with Hicks heating and air conditioning rescued us from the summertime heat. He arrived bright and early with a smile on his face ready to get to work right away. He is very knowledgeable and got right to the problem within 30 minutes. Had the unit fixed and cooling and I was very satified. In addition Jon is very kind and professional work manner and his prices can't be beat. We will call him again and refer any family and friends to Hicks heating and air conditioning. He is very dependable and you will also be extremely satisfied.

Mr. Hicks met with my wife today and I cannot be any more happy! Just had our old a/c unit cut back on after we were told it needed be ripped out and replaced with a new unit by another a/c company. He is very honest and his pricing matrix is so fair am still in shock!! Do not hesitate to call him you wont be disappointed. So easy to work with, nice, courteous. He didn’t gouge us, made sure we had what we needed. vetoed things we didn’t. Even cleaned up after themselves (and us). Just an all around great owner and guy! Highly recommend!

Been out to house 4 times in the last year. Still having problems with the unit. Last time he was here, admitted that he didn't do the repair proper and was repairing the same thing he had already come out to fix the last time. I still go charged again. I have spent around $500 or more all together. My unit is 5 years old and a good name brand. As I write this I AM STILL having problems with it.

AC unit went out and he was on-site the next morning. He had the condenser charged enough to last me till I could get a new unit. Great service and quick response!
