    This team is the best! Everyone we dealt with from Resco was professional, knowledgeable, efficient, communicative, hard working, detailed and really understands great customer service. There were no hard sells, no hidden fees, no up selling. They listened to what we wanted, provided us with options that truly fit our needs, and completed the entire project long before anticipated. Any other needs that we have along their lines of expertise will be directed to them and only them.
    Our project was to make our Florida room climate controlled. We got exactly what we wanted, within a very reasonable price range, a great quality Carrier product, that looks good and functions flawlessly.
    I’m only giving them 5 stars because sadly that’s all that is permitted, otherwise I’d give them at least 20! You can’t go wrong with this team.

    Today I met Rich from Resco HVAC in Daytona Beach area.

    I was very impressed by his professional approach and clear explanations, even in light of my questions (which likely showed my ignorance on the subject). He seemed very honest and competent (a rare combination) and I have faith that he will do what is best for my needs.

    At times I may be quick to complain, but I also want to send a compliment when one is due.

    4/19/2021 - UPDATE - the repair done by Resco and mentioned above cost us $850. After only a couple of uses of the A/C (it had been cool outside), less that 2 months later the A/C completely broke down. They wanted $65 to come out and diagnose the problem. I asked for an estimate to replace the unit instead. Their estimate to replace the unit had an error (3 ton vs 5 ton) and it was still higher than competitors (though it was not the same brand, so not really apples to apples and they did not raide the estimate when I caught the error). I had used them several times over the last 2 years. When I told them I was going with another vendor, they did not respond. We did wind up using another company and we are very pleased with the outcome.
