Tekhne Home Services AC and Heating

I called Tekhne in a bind as my AirBnB guests told me that my A/C was not working. This is a significant concern as a host who strives for a 5-star experience for my guests, and I needed to get this taken care of ASAP.

I called on Saturday afternoon around 1 PM. I spoke to Jeff, who let me know he could be at my rental to take a look within the hour. Jeff arrived at my place on time and diagnosed my issue quickly. He was upfront about our options since I needed to finish this ASAP before my guests returned. Jeff was able to give me a temporary solution (which worked like a charm) until he could file the warranty and get my permanent replacement installed today, Monday.

It's noon on Monday now, and my system is up and running. I also had him do the annual tune-up while he was there. I received photos and messages along the way since I live out of town. I thought the price was very fair, and the service was top-notch. He even went out of his way to clean my exterior dryer vent as he noticed it was full!

Jeff was able to meet with the electrician the day before the A/C installation to answer some questions. This was above and beyond the call of duty.

They installed a whole new Central AC unit for me the man that came his name is Jeff he was fantastic right from the start he was exactly on time he was very polite very professional and looked professional. The day of the insulation he was early and went right to work and worked so hard in the heat it was amazing I was so worried about him working so hard in this terrible heat he did a fantastic job and was nothing but professional and polite I would definitely recommend him.
