From the time I met Esteban for the estimate to the time my job was done, I was very pleased! Mike & John were very personable and respectful of my home. Unexpectedly, I had to replace my unit and Mike & John tackled the project efficiently. Esteban made sure the labor warranty was filed, he also forwarded a copy via email and even assisted me with submitted for the rebate through Johnson Controls which I received about 3 weeks later. I'm thoroughly pleased with their service and follow up. I'll be using them for my annual a/c maintenance and even grabbed extra cards to share with family & friends. I'm a happy camper and I have a/c. Woohoo!

I bought a mini split system through the PACE program and this company was given the contract. The technicians that showed up were very professional and nice. However the unit they installed wasn't working so we called them to check it out. When they showed up we were informed by the technician that there was a leak and needed coolant. He added the coolant but did not fix the leak, he said we had to call for an appointment. When we did we were informed that we owed them money for the coolant and they would not come back until we paid them and they want a $300.00 service fee to come out. The problem is we were told there is a 5 year warranty on the unit but we were not told it only covers parts until we called them again. The unit was installed with damage but they are not concerned about that. They just want money and they never pulled a permit for the work although I'm paying for one. Hope the city doesn't find out. Seems to me they sell inferior equipment with no recourse for the buyer. Although the technicians were professional this company is buyer beware. If I would have known I would never have bought from them. Think twice about this company.

Esteban came to my home to give me a second opinion on my evaporator coils after another company came out and serviced my unit. The other company did some work and told me that I needed another job on the unit
Esteban took pictures and showed me that I did not need the work the other company told me.
Esteban did clean my drain lines and only charged me $100. The other company did a poor job installing the unit and Esteban fixed that too.
The other company quoted me $500 for work that I didn’t even need.
Esteban was right on time, professional, friendly, and cleaned up afterwards.
I highly recommend his company and will definitely use them again for any more work I need

For anyone thinking of using this company, BE AWARE!!! Their service is horrible! We had a new unit installed on 7/8/17 and have had nothing but problems since. The drain line continues to get clogged and water pan filling up shutting the unit off. I have had water come thru my smoke detectors and air vents pouring into my closet and floors. Never once held them responsible for damages. They have been called out twice to" fix the problem" they still have not done so. We even purchased additional maintenance program for $$139.00 and still they charged us an additional $125 to empty a pan of water and clean the line. Which we already did 1 day before. Last service on our unit was 6/25/19 and by 7/4/19 the pan was full and the line was clogged after repeated calls to have the drain line replaced. They refuse to fix the problem. You can't get a hold of the owner David Hyde. We have spoken only to Theresa the field manager who refuses to put you through to David Hyde and always has an excuse for him. Whatever happened to customer service? This company is a circus. One bad performer after another.

Great AC company!!! Esteban gave a very competitive quote when I needed a new AC unit and spent time answering various questions afterwards. The technicians, Jon and Frank came out the next day on time and were very professional. Before they left, they took the time to explain, in detail, everything that had been done and even gave some maintenance tips.

Would recommend PMI to all my friends and family going forward.

Wow! A leaking a/c system, going on for a couple of months on account of my being out of town. Got in yesterday, called in old providers (they installed the system less than a year ago) and they wouldn't respond. I called PMI, because of reviews i read about them but didn't really expect much. The firm sent Ismael and Joe, very personable young men, very knowledgeable, respectful and got the job done in about 20 minutes! The charge? $99! Best $99 i ever spent!
This is significant, because another firm came in earlier and wanted $1200 to repair the system if done in 5 days or $2,000 if done the next day. Also, a month ago a friend contacted another firm who collected a downpayment of $100 for an agreed contract of $357 and then backed out without any further visit and up to now the $100 has not been refunded which they promised to do so!

After receiving quotes from three companies, I selected PMI Air conditioning to install two new 3-ton York air conditioners in my house in February, 2018. Esteban sold me the units and he was very professional throughout the process. The work was done on the day we agreed and the technicians sent to my house did an excellent job. Esteban also came by my home while the technicians were working to make sure the work was done well. I requested a building permit. PMI handled all the permit process and PMI had a technician at my home when the inspection was done so that any changes requested by the inspector could be made immediately. I am a customer with very high expectations and PMI greatly exceeded them! The competitive price PMI gave me and the extra rebate from York for Hurricane Irma was an added bonus. I highly recommend PMI Air Conditioning for any air conditioning work.

My AC was leaking and I contacted Addie (I apologize if I spelled the name wrong) to schedule an appointment. He responded to my call and messages immediately. The two gentleman that came to fix my AC were very polite. I had bad experiences in the past with other companies. But the services I received from PMI was outstanding. I am very happy. Lastly, I would like to add that my AC wasn't turning on after the service was made, and they came over first thing in the morning and fixed the issue and explained the cause. (FYI was my mistake, I had the humidity on). Once again they were very polite. Thank you for the great service.

NOT recommended at all. Recently hired this company to install a new A/C unit. The main contact, Eddie, talked a big game pre-installation. He gave the impression that he would be onsite doing all or most of the installation work. Not the case at all. The 2 installers were messy, did not prep so that the floors or walls would be protected. The unit, once installed, was incredibly loud, deafeningly loud like an industrial furnace. After installation service has been very poor. This outfit is unprofessional and only interested in collecting payment and that's it. BUYER BEWARE. VERY, VERY poor work and exceptionally poor customer service.

Just got ran off the road on powerline southbound to 10th street by one of your clearing marked trucks. I dont know who is driving that crazy on a sunday morning, but you need to follow the law and not drive recklessly. I'm a big time native to Deerfield beach and you just got my big seal of disapproval. I will make sure everyone knows how wreckless you are, let alone trust you in their home!
