PerfecTemp Air Conditioning & Pool Heating

I mean what can I really say about this company but WOW. Recently purchased a condo and the AC just stopped. Had no idea what was wrong with it. A neighbor suggested this company. I called and the owner himself came out late on a Friday night to take a look at my system. He got it up and running again. Great attitude all around. So pleased with his service i gladly signed up for their Maintenance plan. As an Accountant, spending money on a service plan needs to make logical sense. This by far makes the most sense for piece of mind. Will be able to sleep easier tonight knowing my system is in good hands. Oh and the fact they provide 24 hour service is huge. Nothing worse than having a AC go out in the middle of the night and you can’t get someone to come out till the following day. I hope people realize how genuine Jack is. He definitely instills full confidence in his company and the service they provide.

For me, one of the most important things to have in South Florida is a working air conditioner. Especially, since we have a young child and small dog. We just bought our very first place and or AC broke down within days after moving in. This was the first time we ever had to choose a company on our own and the system we now own is unfortunately very complex. We hit the jackpot with Perfectemp. Jack came out late on a weekend night to fix our unit. He was kind, professional, knowledgeable, a master of his craft and is an overall wonderful person. He also followed up by sending an absolutely awesome technician named Manny to further address our AC system to have better access for maintenance and he tightened up loose joints and replaced pipes that needed attention. I feel so much better to know that we have an account with Perfectemp and that they really take great care of their customers, even when problems arise at a very inconvenient time. Their dedication is above and beyond. Highly recommend!

This company is great. They responded quickly to an issue I was having at my house and took their time to assess the issue.

Repaired pool heater in a very prompt, effective , and professional manner. Very impressed not only with the repair, but with how quickly they responded. Called in the morning and the heater was repaired early evening. Easy to work with and Jack, the owner, was very responsive . I would highly recommend this company!!

Jack,the owner of the company, came to service our AC unit. It was the day after Xmas and he had already worked a 12 hour day. He was kind, patient, helpful. He took his time explaining the situation until we understood the problem. . We will be sure to recommend him to everyone we know!

This team is awesome! They diagnosed an issue with our AC compressor. They replaced it and our AC is now working better than ever. They were thorough, efficient, and seemed like they were honest and really cared, and were reasonable in price.

Had my AC go out at 9:45 on Saturday night during 4th of July weekend and when I got my call back from the service provider I was met by a vey friendly and helpful associate named Jack. He saved me a service call (and possibly hundreds of dollars) by simply troubleshooting my issue over the phone. I followed his guidance and my AC was back up and running within minutes. It’s very rare that you find a company that prioritizes the needs of the customer over profits. I had such a good experience I will be signing up for their maintenance program. If you have AC needs these are your people. Not only was Jack extremely helpful, he was personable, understanding, and talked through the procedure like the back of his hand. 10/10 service.

Yes, my unit is old and not perfectly maintained. But 5 different companies wouldn’t even look at it! They had 100 reasons why it was certainly not salvageable, not even partly… but they’d be happy to quote me a supply-chain inflated price for an all new unit (5k+). Gee, thanks.
Perfectemp was the ONLY company that not only returned my phone calls, but hoped to actually identify and repair the problem if they could. With an hour of labor and negligible parts, the unit was cooling and fully within spec! It’s true that working with people you trust is priceless. But in this case it was worth at least 5k!!

I called on a Saturday - Expecting to have an emergency service call. I actually spoke with the owner who surprisingly suggested that, If I was comfortable with performing a couple simple steps to resolve the issue I was having - It would save me the weekend emergency services call. Then I would just have a maintenance checkup on the unit on a normal Monday business appointment. I performed the suggested items - worked perfectly! got me through the weekend. Technician arrived on Monday morning - reviewed the issues and performed the necessary long-term repairs.
I appreciate the professionalism not only from the owner - answering a customer call on the weekend - but offering to save me money in the long run. Also, I have to commend the technician that came out.. very informative and professional.

I called Jack at PerfecTemp when my AC stopped working after having used them in the past to fix the unit. A technician, Greg, came within hours to check it out. After 20 years, it was time to get a new one. I can't say enough about how responsive Jack was to my problem. He couldn't replace the AC the next day so he brought a portable AC unit to help cool the house. Less than 48 hours after my first call, Greg and Matej came to install the new unit. They were very professional and did a great job. After an extensive explanation of my new system, they left with everything in good order and neat and clean. Everyone I dealt with was knowledgeable, professional and caring. I'm looking forward to having them install a pool heater in the not too distant future. Thank you all.
