Roy and Kurt are awesome! I am a repeat customer and each time they have come for service they been friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I love that they are responsive to calls and arrive on time. Kurt was my technician for this service and quickly diagnosed the issue and took care of it. Synergy, heating and cooling comes highly recommended. Called him this morning and had a technician out here at my property by mid afternoon. Within a couple hours had my AC up and running. Took the time to explain the work being done and went above and beyond to triple check that everything was working correctly afterwards. Only sold me the work that was needed but suggested future work and was transparent about being able to wait on these things instead of racking up one big bill. The owner Roy pulled up to make sure that everything was proper and introduced himself. Both guys were super down to earth, and the pricing was very reasonable. I’m all about supporting local companies, and my family appreciates the hard work

I wanted to add: after my maintenance service call, I ran into an issue where my ac was not getting cool. I reached out to Synergy and immediately the owner came to my house to repair the issue. He was efficient, effective, & responsive to my need at the time.

I enjoy these guys every-time they come work on my system. Completely redid my duct work and they fixed the motor on my unit in a timely fashion. Absolutely love their work!

They took out old duct work and replaced with new. Put in a ductless system in add on room. Cleaned up all mess and hauled away. Great crew could not ask for better service. Had a quote in 2 days. Job done 7 days later. Other companies took 7 days just to get quote. only company I will use in future. Their prices are reasonable fair prices and their work is exceptional. I am like everyone else I dont like to spend money on repairs. But if you have to these are the kind of people you want to spend it with. Thank You Synergy Heating and Cooling
