Cool Today

Joe came out today and met with our tenant and inspected our a/c unit. The tenant commented on how friendly Joe was and easy to work with. Joe went over what was wrong, was easy to understand and easy to pay over the phone for the visit. This is the first time I’ve used Cool Today and I’m very happy with their services so far!

Waited 3 hours during our appointment window and nobody ever showed up. Called the office to cancel the appointment and they did not seem to care. I would recommend looking for another reliable company.

I had my new AC Unit installed. They did an excellent job. However, after "routine" preventive maintenance I found the ceiling below the air handler was soaking wet and a "river" was flowing in my garage. On Sept. 3 their man came out and fixed apparently a drain fitting allowing the flow outside. He took photos of the ceiling damaged and informed someone would come out to repair the ceiling. as of this date, 11/22/2022 I have had no response.

We called this company to install new taps in our bathroom and fix a leaking shower. The charge to replace the shower cartridge was $380.00 for a 10 minute simple job and $30.00 part. The cost to install new taps and two shut off valves that we supplied was $880.00 . upon Investigation through other companies we found that this was a case of taking advantage of seniors. I would not recommend using this company. Particularly if your a senior!

Took off work and scheduled a quote between 8 and 1. At 1:40 I realized they're not making it on time and rescheduled. The dispatch rescheduled between 8-1pm and had to add a note, "must be on time". When you block off the majority of the day and still have to add that, it worried me. Here it is the reschedule date. Once again 2pm rolls around and now technician. Cool Today, Clog Kings have 700+ 5 star reviews, people are trying to give your 4.4 star company a chance.

Justin from Sarasota Location was was one of the most friendliest most professional worker I have met. The service from start to finish was top notch from the service agent that picked up my call to the service technician Justin that handled the job. I would highly recommend Cool Today their prices are extremely competitive if not the best and they also have plans for all your home needs. Please don’t hesitate call them today!

We are having French Drain issues and Cool Today was the first company to agree to come out and assess our issue. Reached out to 5 other companies to only be told they don’t do this type of work. Alex came out today and walked around with me and was very honest about what he feels could be going on.
He is hoping we don’t have an expensive problem but in order to determine this he wants to go another route that is more affordable and we will go from there. I appreciated his honesty and also the fact that he came out!!!
If I have any issues in the future I will be calling Cool Today!!!

This is by far the worst company I have ever used to do a simple home plumbing repair. There was a employee named tim who came into my home and ended up causing so much damage that we had to use other plumbers to fix his mistakes. I refused to pay for anything that wasn’t broken before he came into our home. Also I didn’t authorize him to do anything that wasn’t covered by our homeowners insurance. He is by far the worst plumber I have ever dealt with and disaster recovery pros (the main contractor) agreed which why there plumbers had to repair everything he touched. They now won’t stop harassing me for payment on services I never approved! Do not use this company!

Had plumbing issues in my laundry room, They sent a guy named Jamarcus, great guy! He was very professional and very helpful and answered all my questions without getting annoyed ( i had a lot of questions). The price was also not as bad as I was expecting! I will totally recommend this business to my family and friends any day! Its hard finding a trustworthy company! so Happy! Jamarcus thank you!
