Great service. I have used this company many times. The AC goes out every summer in the midst of the heat for various reasons. The staff is always polite and provide a great customer service, they are always able to come out the same day or the next day at the latest and address the issue. I am confident about the service and very pleased with their professionalism and honesty. Also, the service is reasonably priced. My tenants are very grateful as well. Thank you very much.

I was referred through my flooring contractor when the air stopped working mid floor install. They were able to come the very next morning. PK did an outstanding job!! He was so nice and professional and got it back up and running in 30 mins! The price was super fair and reasonable also. I will be needing a new unit in the next year or so, and I won't hesitate to contact them again. PK prepared a quote for that also. If only companies understood how treating a customer fairly and not over selling keeps people coming back. Thank you so much!!

PK was very helpful and timely. Answered my call right away and came out within 30 minutes on a Sunday. Fixed the issue quickly and got the AC back on on a very hot day. Highly recommend and will use again.

Amazing service. Our air conditioner of 20 years finally went on the 4th of July and Barb got someone out right away, extremely responsive! The service men were very helpful and got us a unit quickly. Highly recommend to anyone!

Cool Wizard is terrific. I love the feel of the mom and pop shop. They always make you feel like family. They respond quickly, with courtesy and professional. They send quality and qualified workers who take their time to ensure the job is done right. They do not charge extras for weekend visits, because that is when the problems always occur. From the onset phone call to the follow up phone it is a an absolute pleasure.

AC stopped working so I reached out that morning and I had a technician at my place that early afternoon! The technician Robert explained the reason for the AC shutting off, as well as being thorough, and giving me all the information I need. Such a great company, all of their technicians are kind and helpful. Robbie arrived earlier than expected which was great, and he quickly identified the issue and resolved it. The AC was blowing cold before the day started heating up. Highly recommend!

I am so pleased with Cool Wizard AC. They do my yearly maintenance. But most importantly as well they rescue me when the AC goes out of wack. This Saturday I got up from my rest from working all night to find my AC on the blink. It was after hours at 5 pm when I called. Robert arrived within the hour, checked it out, had the part on hand, replaced it and had my AC up and the house cool before long. I am so pleased and delighted by Cool Wizard's excellent service.
