I am pleased with the service I received from Air Shield. Thier Rep Carrie helped me to get a loan for a new AC, and the techs who installed were professional and polite. I really appreciate you guys working in this Florida heat.

Paul was extremely courteous, polite and professional. It was my first experience with the company. He answered all of my questions. Gave me a full report on the status of my system and made recommendations to correct the issues that I noticed prior to his arrival.
He completed a correction to ensure my compressor wasn’t overpowered, both quieting and extending the life of my system. I received a lifetime warranty on the part.
He also assured me that my rooftop unit was securely installed.
I couldn’t be happier with the service that I received.

He was very good explaining how things worked. My daughter will want me to tell her about everything. He was early and let me know when to expect him. That was helpful. Pleasant person to have visit for the maintainanence. I will call Air Shield again for any work on the A/C.

I had my 3.5 ton AC diagnosed on Monday which required a replacement. The service crew was out the following morning and completed the replacement by mid day. Completely professional two man crew, outstanding workmanship. I am very pleased

Mike contacted me and let me know he was running AHEAD, off schedule and if I would like him to come earlier. Saved me some time for the rest of my day! Brian has been great! He has helped us so much to diagnose the problem and help us get our home air conditioning up and running.

I’ve been using this company for the last six months. I found them when I first moved into my brand new house and my AC wasn’t working properly. They responded right away and accommodated my time needs. I have always had good experience and professionalism. Anthony was great help! He is by far the quickest technician, he went to buy the part the same day and had my system running the same day. Never had an issue again

Technician responded wearing t-shirt, shorts, and flip flops. Pumped 410-A and not the required R-22 refrigerant because he wanted to get it going but didn’t have the R-22. This damaged my entire unit altogether. He was falling asleep mid-conversation. I will say, management tried to make it better the next day but I just didn’t want them in my house at all after that.
