Aqua Plumbing & Air - Ellenton

Today (4/7/23 approx. 4:15pm) I saw an employee of this company pull into a neighbor's driveway to turn around and to my surprise they didn't back out of the driveway instead they drove over the front yard and back onto the street!!! When I confronted the employee at the house where he was working he denied doing it. When I said I'd take a picture of his truck and report him to the police he said he didn't mean to do it!!! Which is it ... he didn't do it or didn't MEAN to do it??? If this is how employees of Aqua Plumbing show respect for other people's property I would NEVER USE THEM!

Excellent service, as always! David is always professional, timely, and honest about condition of equipment. I’ve used Aqua since I moved into my home 8 years ago for plumbing, air, and electrical needs. I will continue to do so as their service is exceptional.

David is always pleasant and professional. He explained the problems with my unit, and made every effort to restore my system to working order, as quickly as possible. He was successful, thank goodness!! I have never had reason to complain about any services provided by Aqua Plumbing and Air. I would highly recommend this company.

The technician was courteous and professional. He was able to find out what was wrong with my AC in short time and had the supplies/parts necessary. The technician had tremendous expertise and could explain to me what was wrong with my AC. He pointed out the location of the problem- it was a leak- and he also provided photos. I was very satisfied with the quality of service!

In August 2021, Tony replaced a sump pump for me. This was at my sister's house. I live in NC. The pump was ordered but not installed when I had to leave town. I was apprehensive leaving without the repair completed, but Tony handled the install like the pro he is. Well December 2022, the sump ump quit working. I was back in Ellenton in January to look into several things ate her house. I called Aqua back, requested a new sump pump. When the service was scheduled, I was relieved to get Tony back. He was a little baffled at the pump failing in such a short time. I just wanted him to install the new pump so I could mark it off my list. He asked if I minded him doing some diagnostics, which I agreed to. Well he found the pump was full of water, which of course shorted out the pump. Aqua went with extra mile, reaching out to the manufacturer and they replaced the pump for me. If Tony had not talked me into taking a little extra time, I would have spent another $300+ for a new pump out of my pocket. And once again, he handled this for me while I was back in NC. I would recommend Tony and Aqua for your service

Only having the new AC for one day, it's hard to give an evaluation. Our last AC unit was less than 10 years old and facing a second compressor replacement so hopefully in 9-10 years we will still be happy. There was some damage to the paint on the wall and the wooden door going into the attic. I hope I still have paint for repairs.

My technician was excellent, on time thorough and communicated what he was doing clearly. He also took care to work neatly and wore booties over his shoes in the house. A very good experience!

Graham did the second scheduled maintenance on the AC system. Graham was professional, efficient, knowledgeable, conversational and is a credit to the training and high standards that Aqua sets and maintains.
