So we had a problem with our heat it went out Christmas Eve was blowing cold air got a hold of my insurance company they sent out integrity. Integrity came out, looked at it ordered a part installed the part a few weeks later, when the guy came out to install the part. He looked at my wife and said I don’t know how this is going to heat up your house. This is a small electrical heater doesn’t make any sense. We never had a problem with our heat till it went out. They install the part and now our heat is still blowing cold so it’s not working almost a month later they’ve been out to my house two times and it is still not resolved, this is the worst service I have ever had to deal with we have 3 kids in a cold house at night. So now we’re waiting a fourth time to see what’s gonna happen next. I will keep you posted and let you know if they can fix it or if we had to get another company involved stay tuned…….

Great service, great techs, great response time.

I called these folks at 11:00 pm on the Fourth of July. They called me back before 9:00am the next day. They scheduled a tech to be at my place by 4:00pm.

The tech texted me about 2:30 pm to say he was running early and would be at my home shortly. He arrived and went right to work. He knew his stuff. He had the right diagnostic tools to test my system and zero in on the problem.

He had the new parts on his truck and had my AC back up and running before 4:00pm today, July 5.

In this part of the world, and this part of the calendar, air conditioning is a must have. These folks understand the importance of their job and get it done quickly and efficiently.

I’m happy to say I now have a new team to keep my AC running smoothly.

And to answer the question everyone has on reviews like this, but no one ever speaks of. The cost was very reasonable. $99 for the visit plus parts and labor to install. They didn’t break the bank in repairing my system when the temperature was over 95 today.

And I just received a 17 page service report of his findings in his visit. Less than an hour after he left. Amazing!

I was referred to Integrity AC by my neighbor when I first moved in. Integrity AC has serviced my unit for 6 years. I have found Brandon to be fair, trustworthy, responsive, honest, and his company’s pricing is affordable. Brandon stands by his work. Lori the office manager is friendly and schedules service appointments quickly. I have reached out to her & Brandon on the weekend (non office hours) and they both unexpectedly responded (I expected a call back the next business day). 5 stars all day for Integrity AC.

This company truly went above and beyond my expectations!!! Excellent customer service from the time I called them to ask for help with my AC unit that needed to be repaired because a prior company installed my AC (2 yrs ago) and I’ve had nothing but problems with it since. Integrity Air came to my aid to help! Ivan (tech) was very knowledgeable and took the time to answer all my questions. Thank you Integrity Air for all your help!

This is the first time we used Integrity AC and it was an excellent experience. Ivan came to do a general check up & maintenance on our older A/C unit. He arrived in a timely manner, was friendly, knowledgeable and did a great job. He photographed everything before & after the maintenance was done. He explained that by replacing a certain older part we would get better use from the unit and quoted us what it would cost, if we chose to make the repair. The price was fair and we went ahead with the repair. The unit is now working at its best and we can see the difference in the coolness. All in all, it was a wonderful experience and in a couple of months we will probably be signing up for an annual maintenance contract.

Ivan was great. Explained the old humidity control that was on the wall but not connected. Added freon and explained the blower motor was showing corrosion (with photos). Highly recommend.

Update: 6/13/23. Called after 5PM Monday. They called me back at 8PM and scheduled Brandon the tech for 2:30PM. He arrived at 12:30PM and had the blower motor replaced by 2:30PM. 100+ degrees in the ceiling crawl space and minimal clearance to replace the motor. Highly recommend.

Brandon is a very polite & skilled technician. He arrived on time & found the problem right away. I used this company when I first bought this house & they were great.
At the time I bought the house until now nothing changed, Brandon bought out his mother who owned the company then, nothing changed still on time & no wasted time repairing my problem

I called Integrity after a terrible, bordering on criminal contract that had been coerced out of my disabled veteran father by a competitor thats supposed to be famous for "working with veterans" for more than 75% over what Integrity charged me for getting my dad an AC system with the same warranty. The competition charged $3,000 less than what my dad paid initially for his HOME!!!!
Brandon was straight to the point, honest, friendly and capable. Couldn't ask for a nicer family owned business. They worked with us on financing and are currently just finishing up our shroud. They swooped right in and saved us! They truly were a pleasure to work with!
