The Advanced Air team responded immediately to our call after A/C was down after a power outage. Sebastian identified a clogged condensate drain line as root cause and resolved the issue very efficient, explaining in parallel preventive measures. His proposals how to improve incoming air quality further for optimized future operation were highly appreciated. Greg showed up on time and was knowledgeable. I asked him a ton of questions and he answered them without being frustrated. He installed a thermostat and gave me some good ideas about what I am trying to do with the airflow of my house.

Mr sanchez did a great job. He found that the drain pan was clogging the drain. That should have been cleaned by our cool club people. Not happy I had to pay for that when that should be cleaned regularly!
He added a tape and a tab to keep it clean. He was friendly, knowledgeable and very professional

Best experience in quite a while. Starting with Marcus. He was very kind and polite. He was very informative and patiently assisted me with the information into the next steps for replacing the unit. Couldn’t ask for an easier complete transaction. Ariel and Miguel were right on time and extremely professional and personable. Their knowledge and expertise came thru with, at times difficult challenges they faced. We are so pleased with every aspect of our experience with this company and ALL of their employees. Yuset was very professional. We had mini splits installed and their awesome. Yuset covered my floors and furniture with plastic and even moved my furniture back when they done.

Anthony is always great to deal with, very professional and knowledgeable. I have known Anthony for about 6 years. I wish I had this kind person in NC to work on my system there. I feel he's a very honest and trust worthy person.
