RJ and team always come through for my customers and me personally. Recently he did an AC repair for a seller whose home was under contract. The initial appointment and subsequent repair appointment were timely and enabled the closing to occur on time with a quality repair. Highly recommend this company.

As the owners of a small business for 33 years, we can always tell when another business is also privately owned. Air Innovations of Florida is very professional and customer service oriented. They care about their customers and focus on doing a great job. Our high-rise building in Bonita Bay works with Air Innovations to service all 80 units. Having been satisfied with their service for years, we turned to them when we needed to replace our condo's HVAC system. After an impressive installation, RJ Ciferri (one of the principals) personally made sure our new HVAC system was "tweaked" to suit our preferences. He's a patient man and we really appreciated the time he spent to make sure we were happy with our new system.
Heidi is the first person you will encounter when you call Air Innovations. She is very friendly, knowledgeable, and will work hard to accommodate your schedule. She's definitely an asset to a great team. We are glad to be able to trust an HVAC company in SW Florida, and we recommend Air Innovations of Florida to everyone we know.

Hands down best AC company around! Please do yourself a favor and call this company if you need a new AC unit - at least get a quote!! I got quotes from 4 different companies for a new TRANE unit and chose Air Innovations. The price was $3,000 cheaper than 2 other companies that advertise on radio - for the exact same unit. I did my research on Trane's website about which condenser & air handler would be best for the tonnage needed for my condo! Don't be fooled thinking you are not going to pay to finance your new AC purchase, or that you are not paying for 10 years of LABOR!! I also had my AC drain backup within 4 months of my new unit being installed and they did not charge me for a service call at 7 o'clock at night. Everyone I have dealt with has been so nice and sincerely care about their customers. From the owners RJ, Geary, and Brian to Kelsey in the office, and Trevor the tech that came out for service. I cannot tell you how happy I am to have found Air Innovations!

This company is amazing! Super service, reasonable, on time, extremely responsive to all contacts! RJ really cares about his customers and is very knowledgeable. He went through all options with me and took the time to explain everything about the different units. I felt confident that he matched the needs of my home with the most efficient unit! Expertise and thorough beyond all other estimates. Price in same range but for Trane equipment, a solid step up. Did pressure test due to old underground conduit to be sure longevity would not be compromised; found flaws with existing design. Corrected everything for same money as other estimates that were without the corrections. Inspector seemed impressed with the work. Best experience yet with Florida contractor. Don’t go anywhere else.

The Best AC company in Southwest Florida and we have lived here for 37 years. From the office staff Bryan,RJ and Geary the owners as well as the technicians are top notch always on time and the pricing is very fair. Would recommend them to anyone.
