he was good at being a tech but too much of a sales person. it did take about 1 hour for my ac to turn back on after he left. He did come in the house to check the thermostat and turned it off and back on. when he departed the system was only blowing warm air. i tripped both breakers to allow the system to reset. it is now running like it is supposed to.

It was one of the best experiences I've had in my life. They showed up on time, worked right through their lunch, and cleaned up everything better than when they found it Everything works perfectly. Not only did they give me the best equipment available, they installed it faster than I expected. This is how business should operate.

Sean came out initially to assess our AC issue. I was impressed by his friendliness, knowledge, & care as he answered all of our questions. 😄👍 Would definitely recommend Sean!

Kyle came out as our installer. He, too, was friendly and knowledgeable. My garage had some furniture in it that I had been trying to get to the curb. He & the other installer moved the furniture! Wow!! 😮!! They worked all day in the heat & got our AC up & running. I would definitely recommend Kyle. 😀!!

Karl came out to look at an issue with our light/ceiling fan. He was able to fix the issue, taking the time to explain what he was doing. I asked him about a couple of other issues & he took time to explain the issue & potential solutions. 👍😍 Thanks for all the info, Karl!!!

This is the first time I’ve used Best Home Services. It was easy to schedule an appointment and my tech, Wesley, showed up on time. He was very nice and professional and explained what needed to be done and the cost for the repairs. All was done in a timely manner and to my satisfaction. I would definitely recommend using this company.

Prompt customer service contacting them first thing in the morning. Sent the request at 6:30 am, and was called within 15 minutes to schedule service. Professionalism and service tech was nice, friendly and knowledgeable. Signed up for yearly maintenance on AC to put our minds at ease.

Naturally my hot water tank broke down and leaked on a Saturday afternoon…I called Best Home Services and they sent a technician (Wesley Roberts) out right away. Wesley arrived and was very professional as he installed our new hot water tank in a timely fashion since it was my wife and I’s 34th anniversary…he worked quickly and did a great job so we could get to our dinner reservations all cleaned up and on time! Did we pay a little more maybe who knows but it was Saturday on a short notice and you know what happens when you go cheap…you get cheap…I just want the job done right!

Called to cancel work order for air duct replacement; instead received confirmation that air duct cleaning service had been cancelled. Have had several phone calls to schedule electrical and plumbing inspections. Currently under contract for thousands of dollars electrical and plumbing work; technicians still on site! Not sure what they were planning to inspect since work has not been completed. Calls are very bothersome.

This company and the employees work together as a team. The office staff kept me updated throughout the day on the arrival time. The service man called me when he started and talked with me after he was finished.
He also has written a quote and letter for my HOA. I asked him for the letter today and he emailed it to me within the hour after he completed the job.
He was very cordial on the phone.
I’m looking forward to working with this company on my home improvement projects.

Rich was a total professional. He arrived 2 hours early, assessed the failed unit and returned an hour later with the replacement. It was a difficult removal and installation which he performed quietly and well. He provided excellent service throughout.
